Why is Fred Smoot so highly ranked this week? (1 Viewer)

Norton projected him to get 4 solos, 1 INT, and 2 PDs. Take away the INT and a PD and he wouldn't even be in the top-60. Obviously, predicting a player to get a TD is very hard to do and you probably don't want to rely on Smoot getting one. Tackle numbers should be much more reliable and easier to predict.Also, if you look at Norton's cheatsheet at the end of his EOTG column, you'll notice that Smoot isn't even listed in the top 60 DBs.
