Why the difference in rankings (Draft Dominator vs Top 300)? (1 Viewer)

Both are PPR, both are supposedly up to date.  There are major differences between the two.  Examples:  Deandre Hopkins is WR1 in the Top 300 but WR6 in Draft Dominator.  Clyde Edwards Helaire is RB7 in Top 300 but RB13 in Draft Dominator.  Why don't the two match up?
