Why the hatred for Philly & Eagles fans? (1 Viewer)

You left out the Jets needing to hire additional security because fans were molesting women in the stairway and Dallas fans booing the National Anthem, but otherwise....

If by Molesting you mean shouting out to girls "Show me your ###'s" then they need to shut down Mardi Gras....

I went to a Miami game a few years back and not only did they do this but, the girls flashed AND made out with eachother...

This was blown out of proportion but, carry on.

Please go back and read the stories (links are provided). Shouting to girls also followed by throwing bottles, spitting, and groping. If its just shouting, why are they adding all the security?

i must say as a bears fan i am disappointed still every time the opposing QB finishes the game after the '85 season, as they said themselves, if you finished the game against them, the job wasn't done.

For me it's more the Eagle fans then it is the other Philly sports teams. Living in PA and for many years having no choice but listening to WIP for sports talk (Thank God for ESPN Radio) my opinion of the Eagles fan was born. That is a fan that knows very little about the NFL outside his own team. I remember they were playing Seattle early in Shaun Alexanders first year as a starter, people called in and had no idea who he was. I mean he came from Alabama which is a major college and had shown flashes the year before. To me most NFL fans would have known him but most Eagle fans only care about the Eagles.
