Wind/Weather (1 Viewer)

I'm forced to start Cutler and Sanchez today due to byes. Both games look to be pretty windy. 19-28MPH in Chi/MINN game and 17/21 in the Jets game. How much do you take wind/weather into consideration when plugging in your QB's? Obviously, these are far from optimal conditions, but are they worth dipping into the WW for a lesser QB with better conditions?

weather.com shows the Jets game being mostly cloudy, only 10% chance of precipitation, & winds between 13-16 mph during game time.it shows the Bears game partly cloudy, only 20% chance of precipitation, & winds between 15-18 mph, with gusts up to 30mph during game time.I don't really see weather being a major factor in either game; definitely not enough of a factor to play a significantly lesser QB.

Thanks, got my weather stats from footbuyguys breaking news...sounds a bit bitter anyway.
