Corey hart is goneMake-up picks:
7.21: Corey Hart, OF
8.04: Lucas Duda, OF
He went from winning a fielding bible award to being a -3.7UZR as a Blue Jay last season, it was plain to see he wasn't the same player offensively or defensively but like I say, that all changed in Arizona.Snarky comment removed. :h:I was talking real life.Uh...1 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2009 Toronto Blue Jays R 734 36 .286 682 .330 .499 14.37 66 $6,824,110 -- -- A/A- -- -- --2 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2007 Toronto Blue Jays R 657 17 .291 608 .333 .459 16.78 65 $5,589,819 -- -- B/A+ -- -- --3 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2006 Toronto Blue Jays R 606 6 .291 546 .349 .386 12.09 64 $4,323,490 -- -- B+/B- -- D/D- --4 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2011 Arizona Diamondbacks R 571 8 .246 520 .299 .356 13.85 83 $3,819,642 -- -- A-/B- -- -- --5 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2011 Toronto Blue Jays R 571 8 .246 520 .299 .356 13.85 83 $3,761,123 -- -- A-/B- -- -- --6 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2010 Toronto Blue Jays R 580 26 .205 528 .271 .394 16.10 65 $3,080,194 -- -- B/C -- -- --7 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2005 Toronto Blue Jays R 407 3 .274 361 .342 .385 11.36 57 $3,069,016 -- -- A/B+ C/B D/C- --8 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2011 Toronto Blue Jays R 429 6 .225 396 .270 .313 13.38 80 $2,510,260 -- -- A-/B- -- -- --9 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2011 Arizona Diamondbacks R 142 2 .315 124 .386 .492 15.32 86 $1,487,183 -- -- A-/B- -- -- --10 Draft Player Hill, Aaron 2008 Toronto Blue Jays R 229 2 .263 205 .324 .361 15.12 69 $1,268,364 -- -- A+/D+ -- -- --Edit: Check out the glory that is #9, btwHill's D has declined. So close, I almost took him at 7.048.14 - Gavin Floyd, SP, CHI
I almost took him at 7.11 instead of Maybin. Really happy I was able to get him at 8.14.So close, I almost took him at 7.048.14 - Gavin Floyd, SP, CHI
Looking at his career fielding stats (RF, RF/9, errors) on B-R he's been pretty consistent. If he drops to a B/B I'll live.He went from winning a fielding bible award to being a -3.7UZR as a Blue Jay last season, it was plain to see he wasn't the same player offensively or defensively but like I say, that all changed in Arizona.
most likely an error on my part. but i don't like his OBP. plus, don't know as much about him, since he's new to the NL and i play in an NL-only roto league. (I know about Ackley because he grew up a few miles down the road from where i lived last decade.)Interesting that Hill isnt in that group given his stellar D.
my love/hate with the notion of drafting Ryan Howard today has been like a Ross & Rachel relationship. it went something like this...Me: i don't know about that injuryMe: man, i hope Ryan Howard falls to me. last chance to get a stud hitter who can get a passable defensive gradeMe: yeah, but what about all those strikeouts? and look at his WIS performance history.Me: oh wow, i may have a chance to get Howard here.Me: (after watching the video of him fielding grounders in ST) oh my goodness, that dude looks really out of shape. I gotta bad feeling about this.8.13. Ryan Howard - 1B
What means this?Commish, can we have either the first post or the google doc contain the actual draft order picks?

oh snap!Sammy picks cespedes
I gave him some serious thought. Sticking to my risk minimization gameplan though.Sammy picks cespedes
I gotta say I felt dirty making that pick.I'm gonna bail on Greco after we draft three straight closers but Nolasco and Cum Dempster just went in the 8th round. This is not fun.![]()

he was good for me last year. was gonna take him with my next pick8.21 Drew Stubbs
At worst should give me near A defense in CF, at best will strike out under 200 times.
