Tulo is usually good for an injury or 2 so I am pretty sure he will get eligibility. I was going to take him on the next turn.

He'll be the everyday 2B. It'll be interesting to see how they handle Tulo breaks and if he misses extended time. He'll probably get a handful of games there, but it depends on what the final roster formation looks like. They have 3 or 4 other guys who can probably handle 2B but only one other likely option at SS.
