Yes.

After you pay and join, you can input your roster. When you complete a 25 man roster, the AAA slots open up below your 25 man.

Early indications are that Marco Scutaro can't stop piss from running down his leg, much less a groundball at 3B.

He's only graded at 2B, so if you still need a 2B and have an extra 3B, let's talk. He should get you 3/4 to 4/5 of a season of good AVG and OBP.

What's the ####### algorithm for how WIS determines a AAA player?

It seems to be largely related to WIS salary. Almost every batter in the 1.5M-4.5M range is AAA eligible.
