WIS XVII - The Cartereaganbush League: Scoobus beats Sammy in the Wis Series (1 Viewer)

Nice little off hours run, the adrenalin from the dice roll must have had everyone amped up :hifive:

Statistically we might be due for a one, time to gamble :oldunsure:

Basically flipping a coin between two guys. As much as I want to gamble, I think this is the safer pick.

Friendly ask... which aliases are who?
Can’t help but see your newbie names and assume y’all are Schmeltz.

Didn’t realize astrodome was gone

give me Memorial Stadium
My first ever home stadium. Just a few bucks for general admission.  Would street park (well, my dad would) to avoid you the cost and moreso hassle of parking. Omg that lot was the most undulating series of asphalt waves I’ve ever seen. No wonder we wanted no part of that).

1/3 chance of winning the cy young

1/3 chance of three quarters of a really good #2 (of which I already have 500 innings)

100% chance of suckitude.  Ok, not that, but a #3 at best.

That said, offense can be found, pitching is about to hit a cliff.

@FishTacoTuesday

One thing I didn’t fully grasp until this draft was the no-K era. My god. I’m considering seasons with 100 Ks for a top SP.

@Eephus - especially considering most of us are working from home without as much distraction and commitments as usual, perhaps we look to implement a clock starting either this afternoon, or tomorrow? Weekends are a bit different as well - I'd be fine for a clock on the weekends seeing as I'm not actually "going" anywhere, but not sure all others would agree.

Then again, we need this distraction more now than ever, sooooo
