WIS XVII - The Cartereaganbush League: Scoobus beats Sammy in the Wis Series (2 Viewers)

Going back and forth on two options, but I keep coming back to the fact that this guy should have been gone rounds ago imo.

Mike Hargrove, 1B: 77-81-79

I believe he could be a top 25% leadoff guy. Need 200 PAs at 1B, this gives me two balanced lineups with a really good leadoff and can go OBP vs SLG with Hargrove and Pops at 1B, and Dan Gladden and Oscar Gamble in the OF.

Also lets me have a top SLG and a top OBP pinch hitter every game and get more GP from my catcher, sliding him to 7th.

Nice to find three legit starter worthy seasons this late. But he sure won't be hitting HRs.

@scoobus

20.18 - B.J. Surhoff - C - 88, 91, 87

Going to be an interesting roll with B.J. Didn't go with his highest salary (1992) at all. 87 might be the hitting season I want most, but 88 gets me SS eligibility along with 3B and OF, 91 gets me 2B in place of SS.

Spoiler: He will barely get off the bench.

@rodg12 Whats the menu?

Bachelor mom's day menu: 2 lb 10 day home dry aged ribeye w/ home made bordelaise, pork chops w/ au Jew (you heard me), hasselback potatoes.
Had planned steaks, but it was raining so pivoted to spaghetti, red meat sauce, green beans, garlic bread.

I am happy that we have gotten to the point where there are enough guys with ####ty flaws that my list appears to be way different

My 2 picks for tomorrow as I wont be awake that early. If someone picks them first skip me.

Juan Gonzalez 92, 91, 90

Joey Belle 92, 91, 89
