I think Campbell will be less prone to making the "safe" pass and taking some chances, mainly because he just doesn't know any better. That's what the Skins passing game needed anyway. Brunell was far too conservative with the ball as evident by the pass to the RB in the flat on every single 3rd down. Campbell will get his lumps, but I think he, as did Ramsey, will throw it long and give the Skins WRs a chance to make plays down the field.
