WK 10 TE Filler (1 Viewer)

If you are a Gates or Zack Miller owner--or like me, own both, then you may need a spot TE filler. Owen Daniels of HOU is definitely OUT for week 10, and his backup, Joel Dreesen, had a good week filling in for him last week. The matchup against Jaguars is a good one too.

Daniel Fells in STL is another possible waiver wire option, but it seems like the TE pecking order there is a bit more muddled.

I have Gates and picked up Dressen for this week.

Oh Honey, yes! This is golden in my opinion.

What about Kevin Boss? While I believe him to be more a blocking TE (that's what I've picked up here), does he present value/targets with Steve Smith out?

oddly enough, I too have all 3 of these guys (Miller, Gates, Dreesen).Rolling with Dreesen again this week now that Owen Daniels is confirmed OUT

Picked up Dreessen myself while Gates in on bye.

I grabbed him last week. Been sitting on cooley for my bye week as a Gates owner. I should have grabbed mcmichael last week but got 6pts from dreesen and he seems to get targeted enough. I dropped him this week so I wouldn't have to drop Janikowski. I think he'll be strong this week but hopefully not as much as Cooley:football:

Dreesen could be in for a nice week. But, what about Pettigrew? Seems like he could also be in for a very nice week with Shaun Hill at QB now and with a money matchup against the hapless Buffalo Bills.

Who's the better pick this week? Dreesen or Pettigrew?

I think Pettigrew...but that's assuming Hill is healthy. Which I'm not convinced he is.

I have Gates and dropped Heath Miller for Dreessen, with an eye towards dropping Dreessen for McMichael next week, given the potential for a dreaded monday night gates gtd Week 11.

I agree but Pettigrew wasn't available in my league and I would assume he is less widely available.

I was thinking the same thing, and picked him up and will be starting him over Watson this week. Yes he is more of a blocking TE, but I still think he should see more opportunities.

He had the MOST targets of any Houston WR/TE last week.
