Usually. The only time I get a newsletter is right before a Woot! Off. At the end of this newsletter, they stated that they have a lot of writeups they need to get done, which means a WO is coming.

Just go to woot.com. Whenever you see the flashy orange lights it's a woot off. Hit F5 repeatedly and hover your mouse over the "I want one!" button.
