I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how this is possible

In talking to someone I work with today I believe I may have gotten a different word than others for some reason.  My word had one vowel repeated twice.

That's the only thing that makes sense.  Someone else had that problem in the last few days.  If you look back, there is a fix

For anyone else who may have experienced this, or is a day behind others, I found this on the NYTimes Twitter account. I reset data using the link in their tweet and was able to play today’s word.
