Wordle (3 Viewers)

I use a different starting word everyday. Certain consonants make more sense to use bc of common usage, I’m not putting too many Qs or Xs in the first guess. 2 or 3 vowels. I think about and pick a starting word as I’m looking at morning headlines. Or I just glance around.

Plant. Bagel. Knife. Cloud. Metro (subway card.) Person. Woman. Man. Camera. TV.

I had CA_A_ after the third guess and had no idea what it was. Instead of spending forever thinking of the possibilities I wrote QUITS on my last few guesses just to get the answer. 

I had _ A C _ O, and just could not see what is obvious now.  Was trying randos and failed when "bacco" hit as a failed, valid word.

I got the same result using "stair". No vowel, but last letter "r" so likely needed 2 vowels. Luck.

I think starting with 3 vowel words increases the odds of finding a solution by 6 guesses, but using 2 vowel words, with common consonants, leads to faster solutions. iirc, Bobby used a less common letter "v" on his first guess when his long streak was broken.
