I read it as AB normally writes, he forgot the question mark at the end of that busted on the back part.  He's denying it.   That said it's tough to make out, a 20yo kid could probably decipher it. A lot of them text like that...

She left and he allegedly begged her to come back 10 months or so later and promised it would be different and got her a hotel room whenever she would come up to train him. And promised to stop all flirting and inappropriate behavior. 

 
Kraft is in a tough spot here, could call it a sticky situation really.   He could come across as a real hypocrite if he cuts AB.  This probably just gets ignored and fades away.  The Pats do what it takes to win.  They don't follow rules.

I’m not very familiar with manning allegations but I don’t recall the scenarios being the same at all.  I don’t think it sounds reasonable at all.  Just my opinion.

I think his very well could be a shakedown but as a Pats fan, I want no part of this drama in the event that any part of this is true.

They should cut him.

I think it’s clear he busted on her back. Just doesn’t say for certain that he didn’t pull out and do it during sex or something. Again if this stuff is true I hope he faces all the repercussions. Just to me doesn’t seem the texts are bulletproof evidence that did accusation 2.

 
@Henry Ford serious question. I'm assuming (maybe incorrectly?) that jacking on a person's back is not, bit could maybe be construed by a good lawyer as rape. Idk if that's correct. If it isn't rape, what is the charge for such an action?

Again, I have no idea what actually happened. But if what see says is true happened in 2017 and she got those texts, why on earth would she want to get within 100 miles of him in 2018?

Not excusing his behavior at all. The guy is a total whack job (pardon the pun).

As I mentioned earlier, let’s see what part the police had in all of this. Clearly if he did what he’s accused of he should be in jail.

 
Didn’t the Tyreek situation teach you guys anything? Wait for the full facts before you demonize AB or exonerate him. 

Victims sometimes wait to report an assault so that alone isn’t any kind of defense. But AB’s attorney is alleging that all contact was consensual and that these accusations were only made after AB refused to give the accuser money to help get her out of financial difficulties. And supposedly a third party is claiming to have evidence of the accuser admitting to an extortion plot. If those details can be proven then the accuser will have an extremely weak case

The full complaint claims another encounter roughly a year later that (as claimed) is rape. Several people have linked the court document that was filed.

Not trying to give you a hard time, but if you were raped by another man, what would be the timeframe you would report the assault to Law Enforcement?  Your friends + Family?  We have got to start listening to womens stories of sexual assault instead of blaming the victim.   Just my opinion.

But the text messages would still be disgusting.  Which is what I was talking about.  

We don’t know if he committed a crime or not right now.  We do know that if those are real he’s sent massively scummy text messages.

yes, but it sounds like he is pissed in those texts because she's trying to get $$$ from him...

 
if it was so well known that AB has bipolar, surely his trainer would know too. so when he sends thosevterrible texts then months later begs her to come back, that seems like the bipolar in him on full display. if she knew he was bipolar, and maybe now on his meds, is it unreasonable for her to train him again after all the guarantees he gave her?

 
Feels like the victim blaming/"this is suspicious" posts are (very) gradually becoming the minority here. Definitely not the case just a few years ago. Baby steps!

Patrick Chung was charged with a felony crime for cocaine possession and is still playing. Do you really think a civil case involving a he said she said is going to get the Patriots to jump? Chung is a decent player. Brown has been an elite player. NE will give Brown a broad birth. That’s their decision not how I feel before people jump all over me.

I'm shocked Chung is even playing. I'd think the NFL would've put him on indefinite leave of absence till that was taken care of.
