Every Brian Thomas Jr. preseason route
- 16% of the targets when on the field
- Only a 7.7% target share when sharing the field with Trevor Lawrence
Will there be enough targets for the rookie WR to be a good Fantasy producer?
He's winning his routes so often!

Got him at the 8th. He wouldn't have lasted any longer by the groans of my leaguemates.Shhh. Still trying to get him in the 8th Sunday.
Not bad. In my 6 leagues I've drafted in the last couple days, he's gone:Got him at the 8th. He wouldn't have lasted any longer by the groans of my leaguemates.Shhh. Still trying to get him in the 8th Sunday.

On Jags WR Brian Thomas Jr. - Super talented player that has a unique combination of being able to be a down the field third level receiver that can track and make plays down the field, while also having a route running skill set to do your underneath and intermediate routes.
IThis is very interesting stats to give us. thanks.Jacob Gibbs

I think targets will be more engram and Kirk, but Thomas could very well have the most yards.I think around the half way point of the season that Thomas will be their #1 WR.
brave pick given the talent in this class. Not that hes not talented, but there are at least 3 or 4 really talented players. some of who were dropped in very good situations (cough Cough Harrison)Finally got around to putting in all of my season long bets today and while this is obviously very much influenced by the odds; I did bet for Thomas to have most regular season rookie receiving yards at +1300 and AP offensive rookie of the year at +4200. Never bets I'd make straight up, but suffice to say, I'm all in on this kid and a firm believer. I'm also still a very big TLaw apologist, so that colors my projection for him as well.
100% on even odds I go Marvin all day everyday over the pack. I don't bet large sums, just 10-50$ normally on long odds stuff for fun and to give a little extra to root for over the season. Across 10-15 of these bets a year I hit on maybe 1-2 and break even so I can do it again next year. I also have high ownership of BTJ in fantasy because of his low draft cost, pairs well in a stack my best ball leagues with TLaw, and I do think he's a solid chance to come on strong over this season. So it made sense if I'm rooting for him all year in fantasy to put a lil sugar on the long shot of him hitting those targets. Kyler and/or MHJ would likely have to have some major issues (won't use the other i-word here) for it to happen for sure!brave pick given the talent in this class. to summarize, this might be the most talented class for WR in over a decade. possibly longer.
but hey I wish you luck.

Of course Kirk and Engram will get theirs, but I'm saying Thomas will eventually be the alpha WR on that team.I think targets will be more engram and Kirk, but Thomas could very well have the most yards.I think around the half way point of the season that Thomas will be their #1 WR.
Honestly the combo scares this titans fan - not quite Stroud/Nico or Dell but could be very good.

@32BeatWriters
On Brian Thomas (#21 on the list):
"The Jaguars won't be afraid to let Thomas swim as a rookie, but it will be a waiting game to see how much of the passing game they put on his plate.
So far, the reviews on Thomas have been positive from the Jaguars' coaching staff. He has begun to build chemistry with Trevor Lawrence on the field while managing the influx of information off the field."
He's looked great in a small sampling so far. 4 targets not including the pass interference that would've otherwise gone for a touchdown. Once he starts to see more targets look out!@32BeatWriters

Watched the entire Miami game start to finish, should have been a 50 yd TD for Thomas added but instead Ramsey DPI 1st and goal....
I came away very impressed with Thomas
I'd have declined those as well. Thomas may develop into the Jags' WR1 relatively soon and that could elevate that entire offense. Chicago's offense could get better but it seems a steeper hill.I was impressed by the few highlights of him I saw on the various clips. Paid 1.07 and no regrets
Comical addition: apparently others saw his performance and read a few “buy now” reviews. I got 2 offers for him today. 1) DJ Moore even swap. 2) DSwift + Kirk.
Declined both. Nothing on the Chicago Offense is in a buyers market right now.
I would. I think London is overrated.Start him over London this week?
i would. But I’ve been scooping up shares in redraft all preseason. I only wish I had him in dynasty. He’s a perfect match for Tlaw’s arm.Start him over London this week?
I’ve got him in over metcalf, Diontae and pollard (flex). So, I think so.Start him over London this week?

key words "back in the day". Why all of a sudden? Must be some thread going on right now where it's being used in a bad way. Probably that Tyreek Hill detained thread, which doesn't belong in the Shark Pool Forum anyway.Did you see the Spencer Ware threads back in the day?Maybe I'm in the wrong threads but it seems pretty civil around here.My guess is that people are using it to laugh at posters to be mean? I am in the exact same position. I second this motion. With C. Kupp down, I really need this guy to grow up fast.
And also need T. Lawrence to get his head out of his **s.
