WR Justin Jefferson, MIN (2 Viewers)

Jefferson had a hamstring injury that caused him to miss several games in 2023.

This doesn't seem to be as serious as before right now but something to keep an eye on.

Not terribly worried as there is a lot time to get right, however doesn’t help developing chemistry with McCarthy.
While true they have been playing together and working on things during otas and independently prior to this.

A point was made by Matthew Collier on his podcast that Sam Darnold didn't have a lot of reps with Jefferson prior week one last year and Jefferson had a big game right away anyways.

Jefferson makes things easier for a QB.

If there is one WR I have zero doubts about not needing to estaish chemistry, it's JJ. That said hamstrings can be worrying and take a while to heal. Hopefully he's over it come start of the season.

I worry more about re- injury. Once you go down the hammy road sometimes you stay on it for awhile. Those things can be a bigger nag than my wife.
Don’t sell yourself short judge, you’re a tremendous slouch
You'll have to explain that one.
Just forcing a Caddyshack reference

I agree with what you are saying about chemistry but at the upper levels where Jefferson gets drafted it does matter. We know Dak and Lamb have chemistry. Chase and Burrow are as locked as they get. Goff and Amon Ra have full faith in each other.
