WR Keon Coleman, BUF (2 Viewers)

What i love about the preseason is the surety of so many people that some people will be studs or duds. Like they have a crystal ball

Coleman in a great situation
Allen seems to trust him already on some jump ball 50/50 type scenarios.

He missed one in the endzone. But it’s a good sign.

I won’t start him till I see more. But arrow is pointing up for being involved.

It's always been about the opportunity

And being so sure he's a bum because of this attribute or that attribute is worthless in the preseason. If he fits into the O and can do the basics he's going to be alright. If he can do more he's going to be a star

Neon Keon gonna be a stud. Only a matter of time, IMO.

I suspect he'll have a nice rookie season. FF-wise, his ceiling is as high as any of the big-3 rookies. Great situation with Allen.

With Puca going down and other WRs looking iffy. It’s looking like Keon might find his way into my lineup as early as week 2.

Keep peppering him Josh!

I’m only in two leagues this year. But firing up Coleman in both tonight.

I went fairly light at WR2 in both leagues but didn’t expect to have to start Coleman yet. But losing Puka in one league and Watson dealing with a question mark at QB this week has me thrusting Keon into the starting role.

If anything should make for an interesting watch for me tonight, as I didn’t get to catch the Buffalo game last week other than a drive or two.

Same boat, went RB heavy during draft and snagged Shakir and Keon. Starting both tonight, fingers crossed for a shootuout.

6 for 83 yards and a TD tonight is my prediction
I should stop doing this lol
I picked the wrong day to quit sniffing glue… and start Keon Coleman.

Honestly, the dolphins can score quick… so I imagine the Bills don’t get too conservative. I’m just hopeful for something! Anything at this point.

Thursday donut is never any fun.

And Watching last game I still stick by my reasoning for starting him.

Edit: okay defensive td puts the score a little more out of hand. Let’s hope for some rookie rep playing time to end the game.

Worth a pickup?
Absolutely. Coleman shouldn’t be a FA in any league. Keon is already dominating snaps. The downside is his rookie status so you don’t know how fast he’ll play to his potential. Coleman doesn’t have a ton of competition, though. He’s also got a top QB, which is a key piece of the FF puzzle.

I like his game. You typically don’t see the kind of RAC ability he’s got for somebody who’s 6-4 215. Very fluid.

Coleman is obviously a nice dynasty asset, but he’s certainly worth an add in redrafts, as well.

He cracked my lineup last week - WOOF!

But, he is a hold for me... regardless of targets, he is out there running routes and still dominating snaps. The league winning upside if he and Josh Allen start to click is huge.

I drafted Xavier Legette in the same league and this is probably the last week I hold him. So, advice to anyone reading - drop Keon Coleman and add Xavier Legette next week because he will certainly go off when I let him hit Free Agency.

Feeling dirty, had to start him due to Bye weeks and injuries like Rice, Kupp and Adams etc...
1 catch 49 yards Touchdown!!!

4/50, Nada, 1/24/TD, 3/51, 1/49/TD
Not sure what to make of him after 5 weeks but he does seem to make plays when you would prefer to write him off in '24

Take the 12 points. The benefits he has is Allen is his QB. That dude can prolong plays and find open receivers like no one else.

He made the most of his one catch but it was one catch. He made a nice spin move to avoid the tackle after about a five yard throw.

Shakir was out and Hollins had more targets. So far he smells like a WR4 who has trouble getting separation. A middle classman's Laquan Treadwell.

The Bills coach also confirmed that Coleman suffered a wrist/arm injury at the end of the Dolphins game and the "ongoing evaluation of his situation" will continue this week. McDermott shared that they are still unsure the extent of the injury.
"I'll know more as we move through the week here," McDermott said of Coleman. "Just holding out hope one way here or the other, but we'll see. We'll see where it goes."

#Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (knee) is not expected to play today, per me and @MikeGarafolo. This is his first week back at practice since his injury.

WR Keon Coleman (wrist) is more of a game-time decision.

Sat down with #Bills WR Keon Coleman for a bit after OTAs today

Talked about a few things and wanted to know his approach to the new season knowing McDermott and Beane have made it clear they want to see a big jump from him this year

@SleeperBills
Joe Brady on Keon Coleman’s progress this off-season:

“Keon's knowledge of the game, the nuance of the receiver position, the release game -- you see those signs right now.”

Big praise from the OC 🙌 #BillsMafia

He showed off an ugly jump shot from his chest and otherwise great play by scoring 60 in a charity hoops game.

Keon Coleman had an absolute DAY. Guy could do no wrong Sunday at #Bills training camp #BillsMafia

Keon Coleman has been the talk of Bills camp so far!

After some struggles Day 1, he has consistently showed up the last three practices. Bills Mafia has a lot of hope for him this season and it appears he’ll be a big part of their passing attack.

@AndrewErickson_
Meanwhile, Keon Coleman has been a standout during training camp.

Before a midseason wrist injury setback in Week 9, Coleman was emerging for Buffalo, averaging over 2.0 yards per route run and posting +136 receiving yards over expected (recYOE)...

@EricNMoody
Keon Coleman saw plenty of snaps and big targets in Year 1, but inconsistency held him back. He ranked 3rd in yards per reception but caught just half his passes. If he cleans that up, he’s a steal in the later rounds. The WR44 in ESPN leagues.

Seems like this guy is not getting any noise at all for a 2nd year player with his QB being the reigning MVP.

Anyone hearing anything more detailed, all I read is positive stuff

What I've heard is he struggles with getting any separation. However, he's good at grabbing contested catches. So, that probably plays well into Josh Allen's playground style of quarterback.

Yeah ok I was hoping to hear he was getting better at the separation I guess we’ll see how much Allen trusts him this year. He finished with some good advanced metrics stats the last half of last season so hoping he can build on that and maybe be a 65/1100/8 guy or something this year

One of my favorite breakout prospects this season. The game appeared too fast for him at times last season, then others, he looked like the most explosive player on the outside. I'm excited to see what he can do with a year under his belt. He's a big dude, and plays faster than his combine numbers might have you believe. I view him somewhere in between guys like Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin. Although those two guys were different once they had the ball in their hands, they were strong at the catch point and could win at all levels, even getting deep without any sort of real speed. They won on technique.
