WR Marvin Harrison Jr., ARZ (1 Viewer)

I'm gonna say the same thing I always do: the QB throws the ball. They throw to who they want to throw to.
Average QBs throw to who they want. Great QBs realize they throw to the better players. Maybe Murray's issues are as simple as that. We solved it!!! Murray should simply throw to the better players!! Ha ha

Not every great WR starts off being a top 5 guy right out of the chute. Lamb was a very middling option for his first two years. However, Kyler seems like he's regressing year over year. and does not compliment MHJ at all.

He's below 200 yards per game and now nursing an injury. There's no fixing this is there. If he blows up with Jacoby Brissett under center, there's going to be some Kyler hate out there in the fantasy football streets when MHJ is back to 6 target/ 12 points per game guy.

Good chance he will IMO because Brisset is an actual QB 😂

Not gonna lie I don't know alot of specifics about Brissett. I've always felt like he was a solid backup and played well when called upon. Can't remember much about his deep ball or accuracy. As a Harrison owner I'm very interested to see how this translates.

Busting hard and his owners are still holding like he's 1.01
I think his family tree drove the draft capital a bit. His expectations were to immediately come in and dominate as a wr1. Just hasn't happened. I will say, he hasnt been exactly horrible. Lots of great wrs started out way less productive then he has. Not a bad buy low in my opinion. Murray definitely isn't doing him any favors.

WR30 right now, so yes he’s busting. But would you expect more from anyone in his position right now? Owners presume there will be a change at some point.
But I did find it funny when his owner in one of my leagues put him on the trading block, I offered my 26 1st and he acted insulted, wouldn’t even make a counter.

He needs a QB that plays on time. I said it when he was drafted that AZ and Murray were a terrible fit for him. Trending like this could be a new regime and QB change sooner rather than later. Murray has a dead cap hit of $57M in 2026 so it's unlikely he's cut/traded, but they should be ready and able to draft someone and move on from him early in 2026.

As an owner of him in one league I care deeply about, he is just a hard guy to trade. Im a very very active trading owner. I make deals in my sleep. I just can't see me trading him at anywhere near what other people are valueing him at. The potential and upside is there. Imo

Agreed. I have him in my main league where I’m building, he starts for me most weeks along with Rome, Hunter, and JSN. I won’t be trading him there without an overpay. He’s WR19 on FBG’s list, but Nico is probably the lowest ranked receiver I’d trade him for. So yeah, probably valued at the 2026 1.01, but I’m not shopping him. My earlier comment is more about his owners who are “trying” to shop him still having him high.

So is this guy just not good or is it the pathetic organization? Such a mystery, it's like he's a backup at this point.
Yeah, back up in fantasy football for sure. Maybe he needs a real #2 WR on the team. However, he has McBride to take some attention from him. Not really sure why he’s not consistent. Who was the last Ohio State WR taken in the first that failed?

I watched a lot of this game today. I see two problems. First one is they don't use him correctly at all. He gets open on intermediate routes and he is really open, but they use him on longer/deeper routes and he isn't as open or is covered. The other problem is the throws by both qbs are late and Harrison just doesn't seem to win contested catches very often.

So I would put 60 percent of the blame on the coach and qbs and 40 percent on Harrison. He needs to be better at contested catches, he is like 6'3" 220, but is playing like a guy that is 5'10" 180.

Anthony Gonzalez.

McBride is just a beast in the intermediate.

The Cards passing offense does look better with Brissett who plays on schedule and doesn't unnecessarily bail out of the pocket over and over. Kyler will start after the bye.....but that it's even a (legitimate IMO) question is pretty nuts.

I’ll stick up a bit for Marvin Jr here. 3 targets and 2 catches for 58 yards thru 3 plus quarters. 3 targets late in game and none of them were even close to catchable.

Rinse and repeat on a weekly basis.

Yeah just not involved enough nor a real focus on the offense.
Which equals pretty much …….useless.

Riding my bench after the bye.
Me too, I took him #1 in my dynasty league when he came out, oof. Now I will be starting Wandale over him going forward. I should not play dynasty, I'm not good at it lol. Took Golden this year but where I was picking wasn't much left.
