Unless that is Paris Hilton, he is your WR1Saquon, Mixon
Lockett, Hilton

I’d take my chances with that.

not in my rankingsHilton is still your WR1 there.
FBGs blended ranking have Lockett 16, Hilton 17 - so that seems like a matter of personal preference, at least according to the 16 guys who have submitted rankings recently for FBGs.Hilton is still your WR1 there.
I hope not but you never know.#RIP 2019 season.

You could be OK. If he’s a one, he’s a very low end one. It also depends on what your two and three wide receivers look like.I hope not but you never know.
12 team, start 2 QB league, TE/WR combined league. 1.9/2.4 went James Conner/Dalvin Cook. Couldn't pass up the upside on Damien Williams @ 3.9 (about 10 hours before McCoy was acquired) and at that point I needed 2 QBs more than a WR so Cam 4.4 & Brisett @ 5.9. I fully recognize that I am higher on Brisett than most and it was a very tough decision (Cousins and Carr were also on the board) but at that point Lockett was the #1 WR on my board already (#18 WR selected) and I got him at 6.4. Mind you I passed on TY Hilton, George Kittle, Cooper Kupp and Chris Godwin for Lockett so it easily could have been a terrible mistake.
We all have different guys we are high and low on and that's just where it fell for me.
I have gone back over it multiple times and would not change what I did with the information I had. When you go 3 RBs in the first 3 rounds in this type of league you are going to end up behind the 8-ball somewhere and in this league QB>>>WR. Much better chance of finding a solid waiver hit at WR than QB. If I went for a WR instead of Cam my starting QBs would be Brisett/Dalton and my #1 WR would probably be Diggs. I think Cam>>>>Dalton more than Diggs>Lockett.
It ain't much. You could be OK. If he’s a one, he’s a very low end one. It also depends on what your two and three wide receivers look like.
Im heavily invested too. As long as Lockett stays in the slot, having AB out wide would possibly be great for Lockett. It will take some targets obviously, but it will take all defensive focus off Lockett and he should feast in his efficiency numbers again. Great running game keeps the LBs close to the line, and AB (and Metcalf's speed) gets the secondary stretched all over the field. So much room for Lockett to work out of the slot. Might be great.Very heavily invested in Lockett, even waited on wr in a few leagues making him my wr1. I have a bad feeling about AB...it’s a perfect fit for each other.
I hope not. I’m getting thin at WR because of this and have Lockett and Metcalf already. Not sure AB would want to go to Seattle and their run first offense.
I've always thought that Pete Sunshine and Gruden are similar. They both have a really good demeanor for dealing with egotistical, modern football players. Both are so mature that they know to say what is helpful to the situation instead of speaking real. Pete might even be better at it because Gruden does have the Chucky alternate personality. Antonio just wanted out. Gruden was irrelevant.Manster said:Would rah rah Pete sign up for AB's antics?
44 yards. TD.Is Lockett sleeping with Wilson's wife?
Is Metcalf sleeping with Wilson?
ThisLow target high efficiency guys in run heavy offenses can have this happen. Just takes a deep shot or two though.
Hmm, evidently I just need to talk some #### to motivate him.44 yards. TD.
Well don't stop talking then!Hmm, evidently I just need to talk some #### to motivate him.
And by the way, Mike Evans stinks too!
Nah, Winston stinks & the Niners D is better than people think. And by the way, Mike Evans stinks too!
Imma chalk it up to 1 game. Lockett is a bigger part of this offense than 1 target. The TD is nice but can’t always count on that. The significant out targeting by Metcalf is a big concern.
Agreed - can’t overreact after one game, but it’s hard to call him Wilson’s clear cut #1 after today.Hot Sauce Guy said:Imma chalk it up to 1 game. Lockett is a bigger part of this offense than 1 target.
He’ll have his games.
Very weird game. Wilson passed exclusively to D.K. Metcalf the 1st half. When WIlson finally threw one his way it OF COURSE was a 44 yard TD; once again buoying his unsustainable TD rate (He also had a horrendous drop of a big gainer). You'd think he would get a ton of targets but again WIlson doesn't really force feed guys not named Doug Baldwin. If Haden shadows Locket I kinda expect to see more of the same.Tyler Lockett caught 1-of-2 targets for 44 yards and one touchdown in the Seahawks' Week 1 win over the Bengals.
Lockett wasn't targeted until the fourth quarter, but it at least went for a 44-yard touchdown. For Lockett and the Seahawks' offense overall, it was more of the same. The team rushed (25) more than it passed (20), and Lockett continued to play with a league-leading efficiency. With Doug Baldwin retired, Lockett should be in line for a lot more targets, but this wasn't the start owners were looking for. Lockett will be a boom-or-bust WR2 in Pittsburgh next week.

It's too early to tell but it wouldn't be surprising. It's only one game though.Am I crazy or is dk metcalf potentially going to emerge as russ’s Wr1 this season, with Lockett remaining in his gadget deep ball role?
There’s a theme where even the slightest injury gets a break on Wednesday. What's up with his back? He practicing today?
Yea, seems like a good matchup. Tommy carved em upThere’s a theme where even the slightest injury gets a break on Wednesday.
If he’s good to go, my fearless prediction: 4/78/1
Steelers get roasted in the slot. Doubt he gets doubled this week.Yea, seems like a good matchup. Tommy carved em up
I'm unsure of their line cohesion with former OL coach Munchak now in Denver. They didn't look as good as normal....but that could've easily been NE's doingI think Seattle's secondary is doodoo. Thats probably why Andy Dalton threw 51 times in a neutral game script, even with AJ Green out. If Andy Dalton hangs 400+ on you with AJ Green in a boot, you might suck.
If they are as bad as I think they may be, the whole run, run, pass offensive strategy probably wont hold up for a full 16. I think a team like Pittsburgh at home will be able to put some numbers on the board, forcing Seattle to throw the ball a little bit, which should lead to more opportunities for Lockett. Didnt play out in week one, but we have 15 left.
Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (back) will suit up for the Seahawks' Week 2 matchup against the Steelers.
Lockett didn't practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday with a back injury, but he wasn't listed on the Seahawks' final injury report. Coach Pete Carroll clarified to reporters earlier in the day that Lockett is indeed "fine." He's set up brilliantly this week against a Steelers defense that has historically struggled to slow down elite slot WRs. Lockett possesses one of the week's top-nine matchups in terms of the difference in 40-yard dash times between himself and his projected matchup against CB Mike Hilton.
