Hoping either Bush or Colston fell to me...although I wasn't couting on it. But when Welker was available after ren's pick I thought for sure I'd get him. YOU HAVE MOSS...YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO PICK WELKER!!!!hold on a sec and let me see wtf I want to do now.3.04 Wes Welker
Trust me Shadow, the same things went through my mind. in fact, I had another name typed out and almost hit submit, but changed my mind at the last second. Last year in one of these, I ended up with Garrard, MJD, Fred Taylor and one of the WRs and somehow made the finals. No biggie. It makes me feel good that Jeter took the last guy on that short list. I always feel kind of lost in WSL's...so much guessing on so little data.Thom Yorke said:I see now that you did...when I logged in this a.m., the pm from Radballs popped up telling me I was to pick next...didn't notice that there was an earlier pm from you with a list. My mistake.
Agreed. I've been finding that I haven't been taking enough chances lately. You need some lightening in a bottle to win these things outright. Playing for runner up, top 4 or whatever isn't very satisfying.Swinging hard...we'll see if you connect.2.16 Reggie Bush
3.01 Terrell Owens
PMing Thom
UGGHH!!!I so wanted Peyton here.
3.8 Chad Johnson WR CIN
Pretty bummed about Jeff's steal there.. If it were WSL 1 I'd be doing backflips over Thomas Jones OR Manning at this spot.. After Manning, the value just tanked IMO - Every position I felt I could get similar value a full round later.
Anyway... I'll be checking in between tonight and all day tomorrow if anyone needs to shoot PM's.
You'll should definitely get good scoring from those two most weeks....except one. Managing bye weeks is a good strategy in these but I think some tend to over-manage them to some degree. But you just weren't supposed to take 2 WRs from the same team. Don't you know the folly?!!!Trust me Shadow, the same things went through my mind. in fact, I had another name typed out and almost hit submit, but changed my mind at the last second. I thought about Manning. He's as high and consistent as they come (which is a big plus in WSL) but I think the QB position is pretty deep this year and the pack has caught up to Manning.Pretty bummed about Jeff's steal there.. Really? We can talk about particular names later, but I don't know if I'm comfy with QBBC or a non-Top 7-10 QB.I thought about Manning. Sorry, just got on today.Valence will take the risk and roll the dice on Tom Brady at 4.02.3.15 Pierre Thomas RB NOS
sending a short list to Jeff and PMing Fred
Go with one of the other three guys. TJ was taken by Aaron.Debating between four guys at this spot, but will have to go with4.03 T.J. Houshmanzadeh WR CINPMing next
Thanks for making the pick for me Jeff. I didn't think he would make it back to me at the end of the 5th and I believe that he is tremendous value at this point. Yea i'm rolling the dice a bit, but if anyone can come back from that injury in one year, Brady can.Sorry, just got on today.Valence will take the risk and roll the dice on Tom Brady at 4.02.3.15 Pierre Thomas RB NOS
