WSOP Ivey/Daniel Fade (1 Viewer)

Daniel is above average in chips in the 10K razz event. Only 12 players left. These are the events that are of any worry and he has been deep in two thus far.

Well he didnt make it past 8th thankfully. He also didnt win the $10 KHorse....

Daniel Negreanu and Lee Goldman took a flop of {10-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} in a raised pot. Negreanu led out with a bet and Goldman instantly announced a raise. Negreanu three-bet all in for 11,000 more on top and Goldman called.

"I have a flush," said Negreanu.

"There's no flush," replied Goldman.

"It's coming."

While KidPoker's statement was met with laughter from the table, his prediction was incorrect. The board finished with the {Q-Spades} and the {J-Clubs}, failing to give him a flush and allowing Goldman to finish with a winning Broadway straight. Negreanu was eliminated in 18th place and Goldman now sits at 275,000 in chips.

Three more 10K's. 6 Handed NLH, PLO and Stud 8 Plus the $50 Players Championship and the $1M One drop.

We are halfway home for sure, but the Stud 8 worries me (Ivey) as does the One Drop (both of them).

Its nice to see this stuff happens to other people too.

DN Twitter:@DNChips out! AA vs J9 4 bet preflop it came T87 and that's that in a hurry! #ontothenextone

How was that not a push? What am I missing?

If it was the HORSE event, maybe they were playing Omaha.

Ah, makes sense.

DN out in 10th in the $1500 stud 7.

I'll say this - DN isn't making me feel like I made a good bet. Guys been at a final 2 tables every other day it feels like.

Negreanu is about to start his HU round of 16. I would say he is officially in the hunt for this one.

K-9 < A-9 on a 9 high flop is a semi-bad beat.
no.. I think you have the concept of bad beat wrong.

What that is JUICED!!!!!!!!!!!

I get what you're saying... there were 2 outs that would put him in a really bad spot and on on a 9 high flop... so it's like getting 2 outed.. he probably doesn't go broke in a number of different scenarios..

Efffin scenarios

Day two of the poker players $50K championship

DN in 63'd with 108K chips
PI in 74th with 68K chips

80 players left.

I'll take it.

Rumor has it Ivey is just CRUSHING cash games and has zero interest in MTT's. right now.

When they are both out of the $50K I'll feel a lot better about my chances. The One Drop looms large. But after that it's $10K PLO (Tough field for a $10K), $10K Limit (and a limit pro always wins that one).

If I make it that far and one of them wins the Main Event.... my hats off.

I'm just saying the hand played it's self. It wasn't a bad beat, it was just poker.

I am not interested in how much you bet but more the mechanics of it. How does the process work? Do you know someone who then knows one of these guys so that everyone can be trusted?

I'm friends with a former bracelet winner who knows most of "the pros".

So you "collected" the bets from FFA and passed those numbers on as a group to your friend who then grouped them with his own?

It must get confusing unless there is like a master spreadsheet some one keeps :)

I didn't collect anything from anyone here. Nobody really pushed the issue so i just submitted my own bet with my pal.

Seems like there was enough interest and discussion to keep updating the thread here.

It would be hilarious if Daniel/Ivey struck out on all the small fields, and then one of them took home the Main Event.

I made day 2 of the Venetian $1100 with 98.6k! There's three starting flights, day two is Wednesday. We come back to 2k bb.
hope you catch some RUNGOOD big guy. Go get 'em.

Yes they're both David Dodds aliases

Any Iceman Monroe sightings? Tell him Z.O. says hello
Lolol. Afaik, he frequents the wsop the entire summer, but definitely know he's at Venetian outside of that quite a bit.

Played with him a half dozen times or so at the Venetian.

GL in your run

The iceman.... never played with him personally but i have some friends that have. They all love him.

Both our guys are out of the $50K. Ivey just busted in 35th. Things are looking up.

Won three pots in the first two levels, then got in like 67k at 3k bb with AKss vs TT, door card was a T, followed by a Q, no J on the runout though. Pretty much bubbled.

Sad I have to work today and can't play the monster stack. I'm selling action for the WSOP main event though. Have around 30% I want to sell. Will be playing Day1C.

If someone wants to post my online results, please do so. Was too lazy to register a new email with them and always had a pokerdb subscription when I played online. Online name was gametymer. Stars results are way better than on FTP. Think I was +$50k on stars mostly playing $55 tourneys and lower, with some $109's usually mixed in on Sunday's along with the Sunday Million. On FTP, would play up to the $75 MTT's along with their Sunday majors usually.

1% - $120

5% - $600

10% - $1200 etc

Event 50 - Eight Game Mix

Current status:

Ivey at 3rd with 220,500

Daniel at 9th with 132,500

14 remaining, leader at 227,000

Aaron Steury completed with the and Phil Ivey raised the action with the . Steury called and check-called another bet on fourth street. On fifth street, Stuery checked once more and Ivey fired out. Steury opted to stay the course.

Sixth street gave Steury first action with a pair of nines and he fired out a bet. Ivey called and Steury led out again on seventh. This time, however, Ivey decided to let his hand go. Steury was pushed the chips and has assumed the chip lead with 755,000.
