In an avg money league $120, is it wrong to pick a player off the WW when your nemesis is a total TOOL? To be more specific...a competative owner loses SJAX and desperately needs a starting RB this week. Would it be a "Drity Move" if someone claims him if before the desperate owner?

Of course not. If my league mates noticed that you were without a player at a certain position they would inform everybody so they could screw you. When I lost McNabb last year and didn't have a backup QB on my roster 7 owners grabbed QBs off waivers.

That's what my league does. We have a guy that only has S Alexander in a start 2 RB league. We (all the other teams) have every back that is worth having stashed away on our bench so he could not pick one up.. The LUCKY **** just grabbed B Leonard, so I guess he has another back for this week. I dropped B Leonard last week to pickup D Wynn. It's all in fun IMO.

This kinda stuff happens in the real NFL, why wouldn't it be OK in Fantasy Football.

Why would anyone ask this? If I had the players to drop I'd pick up Leonard even if the SJax owner was a cool dude. Liking other guys in the league has no bearing on who I pick up on the WW.

I think it is terrible, that is why I picked up Brian Leonard and Kenny Watson this week. The guy I am facing has Deuce (was on bye anyway), SJax, Dom Rhodes (not back til next week), and Tatum Bell. No way in hell I start either of them barring an injury in practice this week. I may be gracious enought to trade a player to him for the right price. Otherwise I will dump Watson after this week and hold on to Leonard until I either need the roster spot or S Jackson comes back.

There is nothing remotely wrong nor unethical about taking a player like this off the WW.

This is unethical is if the commish sends it out to everyone that the person is missing a player at a position. And yes, that's happened to me during preseason, when both my drafted QB's went down.
