X-Men: Apocalypse (1 Viewer)

Good trailer, cautiously optimistic. Apocalypse outfit looks really ridiculous and distracting and the Dark Angel shot looked like bad CGI. But there was a lot of awesome in that trailer too.

Was that Jubilee?

I'm just disappointed they jumped right to the Apocalypse story line and skipped the Mutant Massacre with the Marauders.

why is cyclops always a ##### kitty in these movies?
i always thought he was in the comics. I think the movies nail him pretty well
I agree. He always seemed uptight, afraid to lose Jean and worried he'd hurt someone since he couldn't control his power without the glasses. Unsure about he being the leader of the team.

Big fan of these movies.

DOFP The Rogue Cut was the best of the bunch for me so I am excited for this one.

I have to say that young Storm is not attractive enough to grow up to be Halle Berry :)

a weenie

afraid of making a bad call so he labors over every call. a truly flawed leader. Which is good, not everyone can be captain america

I was going to say that this movie should be the very first XMen movie to not have Hugh Jackman appear in it but I forgot about Deadpool which I think opens before this one.

Trailer looks good, but I'm not looking forward to Sansa Stark as Jean Grey. Will see how she does, but I just don't look at her and see a Jean Grey.

it's really a damn shame that he was never promoted.

lol

to think Frank Burns outranked him

I'm not one who's in love with these X-Men movies. I don't think the idea (and look) of "mutants" translates well into the movies. They made the right call in the original one to NOT put them in the blue and yellow costumes and tone down some of the more exotic looks....yet ever since, they've, more or less, gone full on comic look. Alot of times....the characters look kind of dumb. Keep in mind that a lot of those character designs are 30+ years old......with most of those looks/designs not being timeless ala Spiderman/Ironman/Captain America or Thor.

I really liked Days of Future Past. This looks awesome as well.
imo the X-Men movies have mostly sucked except that last one. This one looks awesome too
The success of the first X-Men movie paved the way for the rest of the comic book movies.
