Yahoo Mobile Jacked Up? (1 Viewer)

For some reason when I log into the mobile site via my Blackberry it tells me I'm not a member of any leagues. Yet if I log into the regular site via BB it associates to my one Yahoo league fine. The weird thing is if I log into the mobile site from my laptop I get the exact same result. However, when I access the regular site via PC the league is shown fine. :goodposting:

I've sent an email to "no" support and of course haven't heard anything back yet.

Anyone else w/ the same problem?

I'm guessing there isn't a BB app for Yahoo? I have no problems via my Android on the mobile site or the yahoo app.

I also just attempted to use my laptop to access the mobile site with no problems. Sorry I could not help much.

No its not the app. My BB is company provided and we have downloading of 3rd party apps blocked. A co-worker is having the same issue w/ the site. Its weird that when I log into the mobile site 'm.yahoo.com' via laptop I see the same thing. Must just be something FUBAR on my account then. Freakin yahooooo...hate 'em! :lmao:

Fanatics, thanks for your response.

Any one else? Would be great if folks could say whether standard browser access to their mobile site is working or not. At least then I'd have a better idea of the scope of the problem.

Thanks,

I just set up m.yahoo.com on my LG touch with no issues, I can easily manage my team.

i was under the impression that there wasn't going to be an actual yahoo!2010 fantasy app for BB this year. i was reading the reviews on the 2009 version in the BB app world and someone mentioned that they confirmed that the app was only going to be for iphone and droid this year. maybe i misunderstood.

Issue w/ desktop version on BB is it loads and looks like hell. Hopefully they will fix this soon. Their mobile version was never worth a damn for managing lineup but at least could check scores easily enough.

Thanks for the comments.

BB app is no more than a "bookmark" to your league

Iphone and Droid have full apps.

Yahoo! needs to get it's s*it together... considering BB users outnumber Iphone users worldwide.

FYI the iphone app works on ipod touches also, so if you add those numbers the "apple" app hits WAY WAY more users then a BB app ever would dream of doing...that is why software developers spend way more time on "apple" apps then BB apps (way bigger audience = way more money)

I tried downloading the Yahoo FF app for BB a week ago and it said there was an invalid connection between my username and password. Even though I've got my Yahoo e-mail linked up to the phone with the same username and password. Tried it again yesterday and got the same message.

Also haven't heard anything back from customer service.

not sure if Im agreeing with those numbers, but lets say it is...there is still barely a fraction of Droid users over BB users...

Tust me it isn't even close :lmao:I think Goolge has alot more pull with software developers then RIM so that could be why their app numbers jumped past RIM's so fastbut we are getting way off topic :lmao:
