Your 2019 Fantasy Player Predictions (1 Viewer)

Didn't see a thread after searching so here goes.

PPR:

1) Adam Humphries has more catches and fantasy points (again) than Corey Davis

2) Both TJ Hockensen AND Noah Fant both finish in the fantasy Top 12 TE's

3) Kenny Golladay owners are frustrated with his inconsistency with the added target competition with a healthy Jones, Hockenson and Amendola in a more run heavy offense. He finishes outside the PPR Top 30.

4) James Conner and Jaylen Samuels in their 16 starts produce fantasy's #1 overall RB

5) CJ Anderson pisses off owners of a healthy Kerryon Johnson and scores 8 TDs.

BONUS:  Todd Gurley finishes as the #1 PPG RB

Seems like your 4 and Bonus sort of contradict each other if Connor stays healthy.

1. Dede Westbrook finishes in the top 12 WR

2. Zeke is RB 1 - not a stretch but I think he’s gonna go off this year

3.  Cooper Kupp is the best Rams WR from week 4 on and is top 5 from that point.

Thats all I got.

1. Cooper Kupp finishes top 10

2. JJAW outscores all rookie WRs in PPR

3. 🦄 finishes as Miamis top ppr WR

4. Kyler Murray top 5 QB

5. Chris Carson finishes top 10 ppr

BONUS: Sutton has a breakout season (1000 yards)

Seems like everyone else is on on my train but...

1 - Cooper Kupp is a top ten ppr wr.

2 - mark Ingram is a rb 1

3 - Zach ertz is outside of the top 6 te

4 - Adam theilen outside of the top 40 wr

5 - Roethlisberger attempts 100 less passes and ends up a qb2

Bonus ~ both Eric ebron and Jack Doyle outscore Vance McDonald

My Bengals give up the most fantasy points to TEs in the league. Notwithstanding that they put up top-10 numbers in leagues that don't count points against or yards against.

Lamar Jackson is the inverse Troy Aikman - much better as a fantasy QB than an NFL QB

Matt Gesicki goes off and is a top-10 TE

-QG

Kyler Murray ends the season as FF #1 QB

Fournette is a top 5 RB in FF

Allen Robinson ends the season as a WR1

Curtis Samuel ends the season as a WR1

DJ ends the season as the #1 RB in FF

Good thread.

-1) I somewhat agree with #4 here... not certain that the combo end up as the #1 overall rushing attack, but I do believe that the "Bell Cow" days in Pittsburgh might be over. Bad news for those that drafted Conner expecting 350 touches in 2019. I think he finishes a healthy RB just outside the top 10 in fantasy points.

-2) Sony Michel will be a top-5 RB largely on the strength of 15-20 TDs.

-3) Julio Jones finishes WR1

-4) Lamar Jackson has a "peak - Mike Vick" like season as he transitions into more of a passer but still piles up yds/TDs with his legs. This will be his best year for fantasy points.

-5) Lev Bell will disappoint 1st half of the season. His style of running could take time to gel with the o-line, not to mention the 500-day vacation he's been on.

-6) Damien Williams will finish in the RB 5-10 bracket.

-7) Zeke will be fantasy football MVP... 300+ fantasy points

-8) Changing of the guard for two WR pairs... Mike Williams >> Keenan Allen and Chris Godwin >> Mike Evans

-9) Todd Gurley disappoints based on a lighter workload in 2019

-10) Rob Gronkowski scores 8 TDs in the 2nd half of the season.

I focused more on teams than players, but here goes...

Moving Up:

The Seahawks offense has a major breakout. Russell Wilson and Chris Carson finish top-5 at their positions, Lockett is top-10, and even Metcalf is top-25.

David Johnson and Le'Veon Bell both receive major volume(370 touches) en route to top-5 seasons, though both do it rather ugly, just barely clearing 4 YPC.

The Chargers offense completely changes between no Gordon and o-line issues, they become a dink and dunk, pass 1st team. Rivers has his best fantasy season in years, Allen is a PPR monster(and top-5 in standard, with 130 catches) Ekeler is a top-15 RB in PPR(top-20 in standard) and Hunter Henry is a top-3 TE.

The Jags offense runs completely through 2 guys, Fournette and Westbrook. Fournette is a top-10 RB, and Westbrook a top-20 WR.

Despite losing Antonio Brown(at least being the 1st team to anyway) Pittsburgh's offense remains exactly the same as 2018. Roethlisberger still leads the league in passing yards, Conner is still elite, JuJu is a top-5 WR, and the rest is split differently week to week.

Moving Down:

Matt LaFleur isn't an upgrade from McCarthy as a playcaller. The Packers offense we saw against the Bears isn't much better against lesser defenses. Rodgers is barely a top-10 QB, Jones is a low-end RB2, and Adams falls out of the top-5 WR's.

The Cowboys do more to protect their investment in Ezekiel Elliott, Pollard gets more work than expected(especially in the passing game) and Prescott keeps stealing TD's. Elliott finishes outside the top-5 RB's.

The league catches up to the Ravens offense. Teams start stopping the running game, and Jackson isn't a great enough passer to overcome it. No Raven is a fantasy starter, except in great matchups, like week 1 against Miami.

The Chiefs RB's completely cannibalize one another. One week its Williams, the next its McCoy, the next its Thompson, only not that predictable. Basically picking a Chiefs RB becomes a dart throw, as any given week a guy could have anywhere from 5-20 touches depending on the hot hand.

The Eagles offense is a top-3 offense, but the only guy you really want is Wentz. The depth of the team is so strong that, like the Chiefs RB's, every week a different player seems to be the focal point. Howard and Sanders are both top-30 RB's, but neither top-20. No top-25 WR's, due to 4 of them(and Goedert) being featured, and even Ertz falls out of the top-5 TE's, thanks to a huge target regression.  Wentz however, has a career year and finishes right there with Mahomes/Watson.

1) Justice Hill surpasses Mark Ingram either by play or by injury and averages 20 touches a game his last 5.

2) Cam Newton stays healthy and finishes as QB1 with Samuels and Moore both in the top 30.

3) Breida averages 5ypc and outscores Coleman - but he only has 3 TD’s.

4) Miles Sanders finally breaks the Pederson mold and is the obvious primary back with 8+ TD’s and finishing top 15. Howard continues to plod plod plod away.

5) Dalvin Cook makes his case to be the #1 overall pick next year with 2000+ yards from scrimmage and 10+ TD’s. (And I have him on 0 teams 😜🤦‍♂️)

Bonus) AB ends up getting injured late in the season but earns a ring on the sideline.

Dalvin Cook will need to do more than that to be considered the #1 pick.

1. Miles Boykin is the leading receiver for BA

2. Saquon Barkeley gains over 2000 yards rushing/receiving

3. Duke Johnson is a top 15 RB

4. Michael Gallup leads the Cowboys in receiving

5. Gesicki is a top 10 TE

1) Adam Humphries leads a surprising resurgence by the TN passing game and finishing as a TOP 20 fantasy WR with 80+ catches. Leaves people thinking "so that's why Tampa was playing him...."
I’m really starting to think this myself. Already regretting not targeting him at all. I think he could be the next white target hog ala Welker/Edelman. BUT, it is still TN and it is still Mariota throwing him the ball so who really knows.

Edit: Had to recheck - he went in the 17th in my main league. I def should have jumped on him prior to that.
