He was saying that any trial participants who contracted COVID after the trial would activate immediate notification since it could be a post trial effect. So they do know that no one in their previous tests has acquired the virus

Sounds like we’re in a tough spot with mild/moderate combing out before severe/critical. Harder to prove results based on trial size and the outcomes are not quite as easy to measure (death in the S-C)
