Question for the yoga people (and I know some of you are not still doing this which is fine).
Tomorrow is the last day of the 30 day programs that we just did. People finishing the beginner program are probably going to be disappointed tomorrow but that's fine. I don't really love the last two in the advanced program either. A couple people like
@kevzilla started later and are still working through the first 30 days and learning all the poses and I think that's best but I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program.
For those of us who are looking to keep this going together, I'm scoping out some options and will do them one day at a time starting on Wednesday if that's OK. Then once we've tried a few we can decide what to do next. I love that we are doing this as a group and keeping the accountability for each other so I would really like to find something we all agree on.
