These vids are from 2004.  They've been circulated on the net for years.  >> Senators receive classified briefing on UFO sightings

The Pentagon issued orders for pilots to report unidentified objects.  The Pentagon doesn't do this unless its for a reason.

The Pentagon?  Few.  Who else with such paltry credibility takes this seriously?

After a formation flew over the Capital in Washigton DC in 1952, jets scrambled, story became a national headline.  This guy was captured on camera saying that he discussed the issue in cabinet meetings.

There is some good information on this website. We show up in the ocean with newly fitted radar equipment and electronics and something we, the U.S., could not detect previously was waiting out there to be found? Still very wild if we have technology like this, but also odd we would let it out, if so. I've only read the first link, btw, but I trust the person who singled out the others for me.

IMHO, This and securing and researching existing ancient megaliths/ruins (such as Göbekli Tepe) should be every nations top priority. 

Im not a huge conspiracy guy but the more and more I read and watch the more convinced that I am that there were advanced civilizations on this planet long ago.

Feh, the only conspiracy are facts buried in plain sight and why people who have come forward have been attacked.  

Something has changed over the past decade or so with information getting leaked-out. 

My speculation is that some want it disclosed while others don't and those who don't use conspiracy theory as their only weapon.  Yawn. 

The conspiracy theorist Chicken Little's of the world want to control your own lying eyes, your logical reasoning, and most important of all that thing called your gut or you'd see right through the weak-sauce conspiracy theorist BS. 

 
 
The (now) third link in my last post goes through the patents and the work the scientist, Pais, also does. Basically, if those new patents which have been filed shows a now a workable system, then we may have an explanation on what those pilots saw in the 10-15 year old incidents. The timing may be due to reports China has similar technology we could've had in 2004.

You can really tell why these videos are classified for so long.

In the second video, the reticle takes some time to hone in and latch on to that UFO moving at speed, but it does, and tracks it pretty well.

So the classified sensitivity is not about what that UFO was, but about keeping military technology and its ability secret. If that leaked, other militaries would have a pretty good idea of the limits of that tech and design against it.

For instance, if from this video it can be ascertained how fast that UFO was moving, you would gain some idea of the technologies ability to track something at that speed, and design weapons and vehicles that move faster.

 
Any civilization advanced enough for space travel could easily check us out at distance.  Hell our own satellites can show some facial features on people.

Not buying it.

I guess the counter point would be that if we thought there was life on another planet we wouldn’t limit our research to simply watching from the lenses of a telescope.

I think it's obvious that the aliens clearly think that we, as a species, aren't worth their time. 

And they are probably right. 

They probably just visit now every once in awhile now to watch the dolphins or whales or something, because those things are awesome.

The links I gave earlier are pretty long reads, but there's no argument as to whether or not we have filed patents for technology which sounds like it could do what's being described and shown by those videos. The first patent was rejected because the technology was deemed not to be feasible, and I assume that's because of the expiration date of patents. An appeal had to be filed, and then a 3rd where the Chief Technical Officer of the Navy got involved to reiterate the technology was feasible, finally getting the patents approved. They applied for the patent in 2016. 

Sure, I'm skeptical, but the argument being made that it's our technology is pretty convincing. Just the room temperature semiconductor would be mind blowing, and this is a quote from that article:

In other words, if you can a) create a room temperature superconductor capable of storing an incredibly high amount of energy and b) get the energy field created by that superconductor moving at incredibly high speeds around or within the craft, you can create a polarized energy vacuum around it which allows it to basically ignore the energy of the air or water around it, thereby removing its own inertia and mass from the equation.

How credible do you guys find Bob Lazar? Do you believe his story? Btw, I tried watching the Netflix doc based on him, I didn't make it past 10 minutes; it was horrendous. His chat with Joe Rogan was fascinating though.

I find him very creditable, but that too is mainly from the Rogen interview.  Haven’t spent much time reading up on him though. 
I also thought the navy commander who was the pilot who first hand witnessed some of the video stuff to be extremely convincing too.

It's really tough for me to even get past his academic background. (Very likely lying about having earned masters degrees from MIT and Cal Tech)

I haven't listened to much of that podcast yet.  Did Rogan ask him about that?
