Cool for you. My buddy loves near Winnipeg. Can't go out of his house without a mask despite having the first dose of the vax. Can't get the 2nd dose until November. He's in a high risk bracket health wise. Doesn't seem to matter on speeding up his vax time. Surgery wise he's been on the waiting list since last year before Covid for a simple procedure on his back and has been told its on hold indefinitely.

Where did you get this implication? The video showed a breakdown of recent latin American failures where a centralized government had control of the means of production and all of industry and every time it led to poverty, starvation and eventually violence. No one said that would happen here because there is a constitution that stands in the way of it.
