Well, I hope Fields has luck with a real franchise. Hopefully Poles knows what he is doing. I have had the impression that Williams isn’t mentally tough enough, but hopefully I am wrong. Feels like a good chance Eberflus gets fired next year and it starts all over again. I really hope not.
I agree with this. I’m not claiming to watch much college football, so I could easily be mistaken, but nothing that I have seen leads me to believe that Caleb has the mental strength to survive in the NFL, let alone in Chicago.

I just saw this breakdown of Caleb Williams vs. others coming into the league. Pretty interesting.
I said this earlier in the season, but got sucked back in as they seemed to be improving. I’m so disgusted now that I might be back with you. There are much more enjoyable ways to spend my time. Unfortunately, I have seen no evidence that ownership cares since Halas passed.
I certainly understand this take, and it makes some sense if you can get Harbaugh and if you believe Williams, or one of the other quarterbacks coming out of college are indeed going to be elite. I’m not confident in either of those things. No matter what, it will be an interesting offseason for...

Fields is absolutely not a bum. He’s one of, if not the most physically gifted quarterbacks in the NFL. By all accounts, he is a very hard worker. He’s a good leader that is respected and loved by his teammates. He has the mental strength to handle the pressure of playing in the NFL and...
I'm strongly in the keep Fields camp. I think that he has improved each year despite not being place in great positions to succeed, especially his first two years. He is one of, if not the most exciting quarterback in the league to watch. He has all of the physical tools and I believe the game...
Not too many weeks ago, I was completely disgusted with coaching on the Bears and simply checking in on a regular basis to see if the coaches had been fired yet. Suddenly they are entertaining to watch again. Eberflus, has the defense playing very solid football. The addition of Sweat as well as...
