Dang it I just saw that Livephish will not have video of the show. What gives with that?
I wouldn't be totally pessimistic. Tuesday night show, plus its such a hard ticket to get should cut down on a lot of people just showing up. Maybe...there are probably 10,000 people there now. good luck!Wife is hanging by Will Call all afternoon and evening trying to get in as someone’s guest. She is somewhat pessimistic but I think there is a decent chance she gets in. And we expect a special show.
I think this is some sort of Sirius XM event.Dang it I just saw that Livephish will not have video of the show. What gives with that?
Tonight?Dang it I just saw that Livephish will not have video of the show. What gives with that?
Ah yes, I think tonight is being broadcast live on there.I think this is some sort of Sirius XM event.
Thats pure insanity, but I get it. I looked a few weeks ago hoping to maybe drive over for the Saturday show and they were $250. I gotta draw the line somewhere...or make more money.Hitting Charleston on sat. Had to stubhub tix for $230. It is what it is.
Also got MSG tix that I am hoping show up in the mail shortly
Update: wife got in. Early feedback is that this will indeed be a special show. They sound good on XM so far.Wife is hanging by Will Call all afternoon and evening trying to get in as someone’s guest. She is somewhat pessimistic but I think there is a decent chance she gets in. Thats so cool. I did see on twitter they released more tickets at the box office. Is that how she got it?pecorino said:Update: wife got in. Early feedback is that this will indeed be a special show. They sound good on XM so far.
Yep, they just about all got in.Thats so cool. I did see on twitter they released more tickets at the box office. Is that how she got it?
That Tweez was pretty solid. Enjoy!Anyone else at MSG tonight? Still abuzz from the 12/30/19 throw down, especially the Tweezer which is a must-listen. Happy New Year, everyone!
Absolutely not staged. He was very uneasy and played from his knees for stretches. There was a long pause after Sand, like, now what? And Trey essentially said the show must go on. The band didn’t exit the stage before encore. Trey just said: pretend we left the stage and now it’s the encore. It was unsettling but ended up being cool. So, Trey getting stuck. Gag or real?
I thought it was part of the gag the whole time. The 7 minute pause should have tipped me off, but it didn't.Absolutely not staged. He was very uneasy and played from his knees for stretches. Who's in?08/07 Ruoff Music Center, Noblesville, IN

Yeah dude I am passing on that. Its just a giant field plus there is a hard curfew and a 6pm start. That just doesnt sound appealing at all.Atlanta is always the obvious choice for me, but I don't know about Piedmont Park? The setting worries me. I'm old and pretty picky though. I like an amphitheater setting where the sound is typically great and the views should be decent.
Oak Mt and Nashville are going to be what I target this time.
I watched it and it was awesome. Def a mike show. He was crushing it during YEM. This band is so awesome on so many levels.Covid Couch Tour (or Dinner and a Movie as they call it) was rather splendid last night with the #### Your Face show from 2012. Gordon has some serious chops....Fish, Trey and Page all watching him during Emotional Rescue was awesome, great camera shots.
Barn show would be so awesome, but I think its a pretty far fetched idea.I watched it and it was awesome. Def a mike show. He was crushing it during YEM. This band is so awesome on so many levels.
So dumb internet speculation that this is all leading up to a barn concert being streamed later. I doubt it happens but wouldnt put anything past the band at this point. If they do then obviously a Dinner and movie opener
On the surface I agree but then again I thought playing 13 nights at MSG with no repeats was far fetched, I thought playing a festival in the everglades and in northern Maine was far fetched so nothing surprises me anymore with this band. They are creative thinkers and love to please the fans.Barn show would be so awesome, but I think its a pretty far fetched idea.

Yep they canceled the Cleveland gig in June. Sounds like TAB is done for a while.Had tickets to see Trey Band at the Stone Pony for late May - cancelled :( .
Sigma Oasis is going to be a joke....Its gonna be the concert at the Barn tonight @pantherclub!!!!April Fools bomb perhaps? Either way it’s gold!
I thought it may be a joke and end up being a live stream, but then I can't imagine they would be getting a crew together and playing together under the current situation.Sigma Oasis is going to be a joke....Its gonna be the concert at the Barn tonight @pantherclub!!!!
I actually think its legit. Never really looked forward to a Phish CD release...tonight is different. Can not wait.
How hard would it be? From the pics of the barn it has a huge rehearsal space. They wouldnt more than one person on sound would they? I think its a gag and not a concert but if they wanted to do it they certainly could. Dont they all have residences in vermont?shuke said:I thought it may be a joke and end up being a live stream, but then I can't imagine they would be getting a crew together and playing together under the current situation.
Knowing them, I don't think they'd want to give the impression that they're not taking the social distancing thing seriously. Just my opinion. How hard would it be? I just watched the video chat again and man there are a ton of inside jokes and little nuggets that seem out of place. Going to be funKnowing them, I don't think they'd want to give the impression that they're not taking the social distancing thing seriously. Just my opinion.
Same. Would've been my first. Such a bummer.Had tickets to see Trey Band at the Stone Pony for late May - cancelled :( .
Thread sounds amazing. A lot like Rage against the machine. Very rocking. And yeah I dont remember leaves at all.Reverse engineering at its finest. I don’t remember Thread (4 times) and Leaves (3 times) being played live. Will have to go track them down.
I can see that....thought it had solid potential listening last night. Part of me thinks I’ve heard it once before lolThread sounds amazing. A lot like Rage against the machine. Very rocking. And yeah I dont remember leaves at all.
I love this band
Interesting about Thread. I feel like I've seen it live couch touring at least twice. Never heard of Leaves.Reverse engineering at its finest. I don’t remember Thread (4 times) and Leaves (3 times) being played live. Will have to go track them down.
