2016 FBG PDSL1 Discussion thread (1 Viewer)

Thanks for evaluation. Mr. It.

Verren was was a guy I thought might drop to 10th. Even though McFadden has higher ceiling. But rb is why I like pdsl2 way better

d is to and ad maybe. Too lazy to look. I like tab for this year. Did not take in 2 as I went earlier on d

Rody with Zeke and Henry looks pretty good.
Yeah, but Zeke and Henry were the first two rooks off the board. When you draft a rookie at 3.01, you're effectively assuming a favorable landing spot.

Holloway took Corey Coleman plus three guys with ADPs over 200, and they turned into the likely #1 on the Browns, the uncontested #2's on the Bengals and Giants, and an RB whose sole backfield competition is a 2015 5th-rounder with bone-on-bone knees. I hope he's buying some Powerball tickets this week.

I took several wide receivers with talent and was blessed with excellent landing spots.  Awesomeness made my wide receiver position look very nice.

2.02 Cam Newton QB1 CAR (7)
12.02 Robert Griffin QB30 CLE (13)

AFR: nothing special, just need RG3 to still be pulling the trigger in week 7....not sure that will be the case...

1.15 David Johnson RB4 ARZ (9)
3.15 CJ Anderson RB13 DEN (11)
9.15 Rashad Jennings RB43 NYG (8)
16.02 Chris Johnson RB62 ARZ (9)
18.02 Christine Michael RB68 SEA (5)

AFR: should still be pretty strong here...Michael takes a hit and doesn't seem quite as good of a pick now, but we'll see....Rawls still iffy...top 3 should post decent scores each week.... CJA and Jennings may have been a couple of the better values throughout all of these survivor drafts....

4.02 Doug Baldwin WR26 SEA (5)
5.15 Marvin Jones WR36 DET (10)
7.15 Tavon Austin WR42 LAR (8)
10.02 Vincent Jackson WR56 TB (6)
11.15 Brandon Coleman WR67 NOS (5)
15.15 Jeff Janis WR78 GB (4)
20.02 Corey Brown WR102 CAR (7)

AFR: wasn't a big fan of what I did here from the get go and took a little more damage since the draft....worried about my picks of Jackson and Coleman.....Janis might need to save me....top 3 could keep me in the mix most weeks but I fully expect to be in the bottom 4th most weeks at this position...thankfully bye weeks were kind to Ref again...

6.02 Gary Barnidge TE14 CLE (13)
8.02 Martellus Bennett TE17 NE (9)

AFR: going to need this group to step in up in a big way and help cover some points for my WR's....need to ham and egg big weeks

13.15 Matt Prater PK16 DET (10)
14.02 Adam Vinatieri PK19 IND (10)

17.15 San Francisco 49ers DST26 (8)
19.15 Chicago Bears DST30 (9)

AFR: bye week gods said enough was enough...

AFR Overall: feel like I took some damage at WR.....changed things up a little by jumping on a QB way early from the turn really changes the look of things.....in previous drafts had kind of waited on QB so wanted to mix it up....don't like the result....

Week 3 - Booted: bon1cos (81.70 - sorry bud), Immunity: Ref (194.40)

Week 4 - Booted: Renesauz (86.90), Immunity: FUBAR (155.25)

Week 5 -

Booted: From a 20-man roster, FF Ninja had exactly five active skill-position players going this week. Oof. No surprise that 2 PK and 2 DST couldn't fill that gap, and he gets the axe with 72.30.

Immunity: FUBAR grabs the brass ring for the second week in a row with 175.55.

Still too early and lots of things can happen but this might be my best survivor team of the many drafts over the years.

QB: Aaron Rodgers (3.07), Alex Smith (8.10)

- Rodgers isn't having an epic year but these two are solid.

RB: Todd Gurley (1.07), DeMarco Murray (4.10), Duke Johnson (7.07), Tevin Coleman (14.10), Paul Perkins (20.10)

- Gurley is disappointing so far, Tevin makes up for it.

WR: Brandon Marshall (2.10), John Brown (5.07), Markus Wheaton (9.07), Mike Wallace (10.10), Sammie Coates (12.10), Jaelen Strong (16.10)

- deciding who to start along with marshall would be a problem but in best ball, this works so far.

TE: Eric Ebron (6.10), Jacob Tamme (15.07), Hunter Henry (18.10)

- thank you Henry!

K: Cairo Santos (13.07), Travis Coons (17.07)

-  so much for coons.

DEF: Seahawks (11.07), Titans (19.07)

- this works.

Week 6 - Booted: Drunken Slob (90.55), Immunity: Mr. Irrelevant (180.45)

Week 7 - Booted: Fresh Prince of Bel Nor (101.35), Immunity: Crippler (190.30)
