What a proud pappa moment last weekend when I told my son Salah signed with LFC. He responded, "Salahdinho, the Egyptian Messi?"

A single tear ran down my cheek as I realized he's actually been occasionally listening to my bull#### ramblings over the years.

Adam Lallana will miss the opening months of the new Premier League season after damaging his thigh.

Entering a crucial period of the season for Liverpool and....

Coutinho is "hurt", Lallana is out for 3 months, Sturridge is hurt...again, the VVD deal is going to drag until deadline day, and there really are no other deals that we know of.

Can't say it's all systems go, but Salah/Mane/Firmino is a handful for anyone so hopefully the next two weeks go well.

World needs more Klopp:

At the press conference before the Hoffenheim match, a female reporter asked, in German, how Klopp remembers his first time.  

Klopp: "Good yes.  When was the last time you were asked about your first time publicly?"

"I hope we will do better against Hoffenheim tomorrow, than I did back then!"

Liverpool pretty redundant in midfield. Hendo, Winji, and Can are pretty much the same type of midfielder. Really missing Cuteinho at the #10
