Who Should I Put on Ignore - Make Your Case (1 Viewer)

I was a pretty staunch "Don't use the ignore feature" guy for as long as the feature has been available. Even during the election cycle I would wade through a bunch of crap to read the threads. But no more! I've added about 8 names or so to the ignore list and I have to admit I think I've been missing out. What finally did it for me was two things: 1. the constant replies from people on both sides with just an idiotic emoji to basically laugh at (not with) the poster and 2. Posting tweets (you know who you are).

So - who should make my ignore list?

I don't typically get in to the arguments in the political threads so I don't have that issue but it makes reading the threads much better. I don't mind perspectives that differ from mine - but the trolling is out of control at time.

It sucks how often some of them get quoted though, and that's the limitation of the ignore feature. Still, it helps considerably. I wish some of the smarter posters didn't feel the need to quote the complete imbeciles.
