LA Chargers at NY Giants (1 Viewer)

Darkwa running real well, Gallman also looking good but it's a race to see who'll be the starter and Darkwa leading.

Gallman fans hitched to the wrong wagon. He might look good but Darkwa got first shot and he's keeping it. Great performance. 

 
Eli is going to give owners a goose egg because they don't need to do anything but hand it off. Ugh.

 
Are these announcers high, that ball is all kinds of moving and Marshall certainly didn't have possession when his first foot was down.

Odd that the Giants had tremendous field position and aren't running the ball.

EDIT: Whelp that play looked terrible, no one lined up correctly. Gallman came in for Darkwa on 3rd down after his drop.

I counted 6 throws that touched both hands of Chargers receivers in the first half and were not caught. Not all would have been easy catches, but these guys are there to make plays. At least 2 of the plays were on 3rd down where the catch should have been made for a 1st down, and another was in the end zone. Plus the safety was on a shotgun snap snapped when Rivers wasn't looking.

Chargers players are not doing much to help Rivers today, as usual.

 
Worse case scenario for the Giants, they have OBJr. and NO ONE at WR. They're triple Odell and dare Roger Lewis Jr. and Dwyane Harris (?) to beat them. This may short circuit the run game also.

Thompson can catch. Rivers hit him perfectly though.

 
Dwyane Harris is OUT now. Giants have two healthy WRs left.

Before the game they revealed his dislocated index finger was giving him alot of pain, and they couldn't shoot it up because the area is small. He didn't want to use numbing spray because he didn't want to lose feeling in his finger. So he's dealing with a lot of pain that according to the report, "comes in waves".

EDIT: He could also just be throwing a fit. Either or.

A little odd considering Engram's role and targets have been solid. This may be a consequence of Giants establishing the ground game, but no reason not to target him now,

EDIT: They may be lining him at WR and Rhett Ellison at TE, I'll check. Probably the best thing to do.

Whelp now Rodgers-Cromartie is limping.

Giants are going to have to hold open tryouts with high school teams at this rate.
