You can tell by the focus that she is holding one close to the camera vs the other near her tum tum. 

Photo cuts off most of her hand holding it so there's no point of size reference.

well, I assumed with the painted fingernails but I guess you never know.

I'm not sure it's a fake. The sticker on the big one looks like it's the right size.

I find the regular sized ones to be too big anyway.
