Dolphins vs Packers - Week 10 (1 Viewer)

Both starting tackles for Miami are inactive. Only one o-lineman who started the season will play today. Osweiler is the QB.

It should be a blowout.

When the running game is going well, why would you line-up in a no-back formation on first down. The bad snap wasn't Gase's fault, but sometimes he outsmarts himself.

Packers don’t blow teams out anymore.  This could wake up this offense...but it just hasn’t happened in a bit.

Not looking at this particular series, but one reasonable answer to the question might be "the defense finally adjusted to a run-heavy set.  Let's go full-spread and try to catch a WR on a DE mismatch."

That's may be a good strategy, but not with Osweiler.

"Yeah let's slice this Miami D in pieces with Jones."

McCarthy: "Nah, let's keep this game close. Bring in Williams."

*running game starts going backwards*

Lol better yet, instead of just inexplicably taking Jones out of the game, McCarthy entirely killed the running game's momentum. Great job, coach.

Another 3rd and short and the ball doesn’t come out quick leading to a big loss.

Just stupid.

When did the Packers get so bad? They're barely the third best team in the division. The bears are the best and should win it all this year, the Vikings are solid and have a good chance at the playoffs, and then Detroit and Green Bay are competing for the cellar. Just very strange. It's like they don't even care.

Mike Mccarthy is complete dog poop who has been winning in spite of himself, because of Rodgers.  Dude is a fricken moron.

But he's been their coach for a really long time. He was never a genius by any means. But why the sudden descent into complete ineptitude?
He's always been really bad.  His game management is just amazingly awful, especially his use of time outs and clock management.  He also goes into a shell and stops being aggressive as soon as they are up by more than one score.  This has lead to many comeback losses where the Packers looked like they would rather run some clock and punt than try to score again, and end up losing.

I used to always assume that he must be good at the elements of coaching that are behind the scenes, the stuff the fans never see... The stuff the fans see is quite bad.

The Packers aren’t good, but they beat the Bears, as did the Dolphins. The NFC North is crap.
