Not that they are better per say but a couple of other great ones were Dempsey against Juventus while at Fulham.  And Bradley in Azteca was pretty cool.

Benny's winner against Mexico that won the Gold Cup that Floppo referenced was awesome too
Harkes goal in England too (for club)

Im on an island here, but still say deuce didn't mean to score that one

Atletico dominated the first 20 minutes, but Ter Stegen keeps it level.
There's some kid named messy on that team? Sounds like he might be a player.

With Inter's win and juve's tie, inter go top today. I don't see this lasting, but at least it's not juve running away with things again. Nice to see rona in the top 4 as well. And Milan just cracking the top 1/2. ETA...almost. almost cracking the top 1/2.

I've been reading all season about watching EPL on Amazon Prime this month, but it seems that's only Amazon.UK.  So I'm stuck here watching United v Spurs on my Hulu subscription unless someone can help me out here.

I was thinking the same thing - unless you get a VPN, and even then I think these services now know when you are using a VPN...

It has to do with how the broadcast rights were sold - several packages sold in UK - with Amazon buying two mid-week packages.  But only 1 package sold in US - to NBC

Rashford with a goal, a shot that got saved off the cross bar and another shot just saved by the keeper. He's on fuego right now

Merry Christmas indeed to the blue####e! Top of the league, and the Ev at 18th. As someone said after the game, let’s write a song to Happy Birthday next, to ruin that too for them.

I only watched from 55 on, but CPs foul throw in et about summed up his game in that time. Really awful performance with zardozed first touches, pushed easily off the ball and Gonzo reactions to second balls. Looked very heavy legged. Hopefully the first half was better from him.

He was good in the first half.  He goes past defenders as easily as anyone I've ever seen.

Phew! Good to hear. Second half the only times he could control the ball was deeper back and he looked scared of trying to take the defender on in the MF and passed it back. Otherwise, the ball was lost.

I think we’re seeing the effect of the heavy fixture list on him.  He’s played all but 15 minutes in Chelsea’s last 6 games.  He did look tired in the second IMO.

Salah/Keita goal...wow

The pass from TAA in to Keita was nice too -- opened up the defense.  TAA--Keita--Salah--Keita for the nice finish.  Beautiful goal.

Also like the newish emphasis on Route 1 stuff from Liverpool -- the Lovren pass to Origi v Everton and the Henderson pass to Ox.  Gives the defense something else to think about and opens up a half-step of space in front of the back line when they're worried about the runners behind.

City's defense is a wreck and their offense is snakebit.

I'd never have believed Liverpool could be 14 points clear after 16 games.  Almost afraid to see what the oddmakers say after today.

I'm on the fence whether City should be docked ten points or have to play in an empty stadium for the rest of the year for failure to control the crowd, but I'll be fine with whichever the FA chooses.

Also, if you left the broadcast early do yourself a favor and find the vid of Rebecca, Kyle and Robbies "singing" Christmas Time is Here.

Fo sho.

But his teammates and Everton players weren't as poor...and they've mostly all played a lot too. Why I was glad to hear his first half went better.

The crowd literally ooohing and ahhhing at the replays is one of my favorite things ever.  The boy's a bit special.

In case you were wondering, Son carried the ball ~75 yards on his solo goal yesterday.  I counted. 🤓

Really like what the script writers are doing this year -- bringing Brendan Rodgers back in charge of the primary title challengers to the team that gave him the sack.  (Leicester look very good.)

I thought the Son goal was the best goal I have seen this Euro season, and it lasted about an hour until I saw Suarez's.  Both so different in style but equally incredible.

I prefer Son's because of the outrageous athleticism, but when Suarez himself says it's the best goal he has ever scored out of his 467 professional goals, it really makes you sit up and pay attention.

All those solo runs are the same though -- where the runner repeatedly takes advantage of defenders getting there a half-step late and touches it behind them.  Always feel like those are more terrible defense than anything.  Maradonna's, Clint Mathis's, this one -- all the exact same thing IMO.  Not saying there's not skill involved, but I don't think those are in the same ballpark as Suarez's (except in rarity).
