Sour grapes, but that missed blatant hand ball by Rodri literally changing who wins the league.

I was watching my own whip around format on streams and I think I missed a key moment.  I was watching with out sound.

MC was up 3-2 and Liverpool scored to go up 2-1.  Anfield was happy but not going crazy since every one already knew the MC score.

But a little while after the kick off, I noticed Anfield started going nuts.  People are hugging and crying, Klopp embraced two different assistants etc.  So I just assume Aston Villa had scored against Man City but obviously that did not happen.

Can any one help me understand why people went bonkers at Anfield at this exact moment?

They went bonkers because Villa had just gone up a goal and then a second.

In December I was certain Newcastle were going down. Instead, we finished 11th, and in the last two games we knocked Arsenal out of Champions League and relegated Burnley after stealing their striker. And now I can actually look forward to a Summer transfer window.

Next year’s mission is to get Ipswich Town promoted.

They said on the broadcast that some misinformation about Villa scoring had started somewhere.  You could see some of the Pool players shaking their heads “no” to the bench and coaches indicating they knew the info was bad.

I think I was an opposing view, citing talent on the squad.

Please note- I didn't believe those words, I was just trying to be nice.

Just finished watching United lose, what else happened?
I couldn't help but watch that game instead of actual teams that want to play.  Bruno with a great assist to Zaha.

United loves to make sure the opponent can get back defensively and into shape before attacking.  And when they need to move and show urgency, they can count on Maguire to slow everything down.

Anyway, congrats to City on their 6th EPL title.  LEEDS stays up.  Arsenal and United will be enjoying some Thursday nights.

Nations league, CL finals, MLS, friendlies, etc.

plus last week's M United game will always need discussing.
There is no need for further discussion on any United game from this past season....

I think there might be a game on Saturday?
Depending on who wins there might be one.

Moroccan colleague of mine is a Madrid fan, and his hometown favorite team is Wydad Casablanca.

He's flying to Paris tomorrow, has tickets to the CL final to see his favorite big club, then hopping Air France to Casablanca to catch his hometown team in the CAF Champions League final Monday.

They chose this year to move that final to Monday, which works out perfectly for him.

That's about as cool a sports trip as I've ever heard of.

Holy #### Wrexham and Grimsby Town now even at 4-4 in the 80th minute in the National League semifinal.  Reynolds and McElhenney in the owners box.

League Two playoff final starting in less than an hour. Newcastle fans are pulling for Geordie loanee Matty Longstaff to help propel Mansfield Town into League One. Come on you Stags!

Liverpool fans been saying for 2-3 hours that the police have herded them into a narrow road, blocked on the sides by police vehicles, only to find the gate closed and no explanation for why they can't get into the stadium.  This isn't something that just started.

Haven't seen any vid or explanation of what the teargas is about yet though.
