Ministry of Pain

Who are keepers and who is going to have a short lived career as an NFL Head Coach? We know one who failed and was sent packing quickly...
AFC
NYJ-Adam Gase: Darnold went like 7-5 after the Mono? That would seem like hope finishing 7-9 after the way they started. Also not a new coach as he was Miami's head coach for 3 years prior to this.
MIA-Brian Flores: Will get a few coach of the year votes after the team was stripped down to bare bones before the season started. He wasn't perfect but after opening to 59-0 and 43-0 drubbing by the Ravens and Pats, things got a lot better. 5-4 last 9 games...
CIN-Who is the head coach here??? 2-14, you usually keep your job in Cinci until it's just too painful and I guess he gets to come back next year.
CLE-Freddie Kitchens: FIRED, they are in trouble handing Baker his 3rd playbook inside of 18 months?
DEN-Vic Fangio: Went 7-9, I didn't hear a lot of anything from Denver this year.
NFC
Green Bay-LaFleur: Based on wins and losses he was a huge hit. Does the post season make a difference on his grade for the year? Is he the only new coach to go to the playoffs 1st year?
Tampa-Bruce Arians: Went 7-9, might have found an offense, we're not sure yet but he has a shorter window and isn't really a new Head Coach.
Arizona-Kliff King: I saw nothing from him to make me think Arizona is heading to the promised land but I know he will be there in 2020 and probably 2021.
