I guess we can get this started a little early, now that BNB has the order all sorted out. Good luck all.

1.01 LT, RB1, SD

No big surprise here, PMing next.

1.02 Steven Jackson RB STL

PM sent to fatness

I'm heading out to the lake for a long weekend and won't be back until Tuesday. Anyone at the other end of the draft willing to take a list for my 2.15 and 3.02 picks?

I'm with Peyton on this one as I struggled too. Wth, I'll just doom him to a (another) crippling injury now.

1.05 RB Frank Gore

best not to overthink this. Larry Johnson available at the #6 pick? SIGN ME UP.

1.06 RB Larry Johnson, KC Chiefs

Not sure if I was overthinking or not between Gore and LJ...but something about LJ really scares me right now....and I'm only just slightly scared of Gore.

1.14 Antonio Gates

Hoped to get MJD there - 2nd time today he's gone one pick before I would have taken him.

PMd next.

RB Edgerrin James, Arizona Cardinals

Clearly, I'm hoping the new management makes a big difference...

PM'ing next - I see he's here so I'll wait a minute on that PM...

I seriously hate picking at the end of the snake - the decision between solid RB2 and Stud WR1 is tough, IMO, because you know how decimated the remaining choices are going to be at your 3rd pick. Further down the 2nd round, your choices are easier because they're dictated by the previous picks...

OK, done PTTS:

WR Steve Smith, Carolina Panthers

Just 'cause.

What the hell...I own him everywhere else and Kool-Aid tastes good:

2.03 Marshawn Lynch, RB16

2.05 RB Clinton Portis

I think this is the first time I've started RB/RB in one of these, but CP's potential is too much to pass up here. We'll see what my WRs look like after 22 more picks :excited:

I soooooooo wanted to pull the trigger on him, but his potential is pretty balanced by his risk. (I hope I'm the one who turns out right on this!)

Damn....I wanted Jones and there's a lot of WRs that share a bye week with Gore. Plan C.

2.12 WR Larry Fitzgerald

Per phone call from Domination:

2.16 - T.J. Houshmandzadeh, CIN, WR9

&

3.01 - Carson Palmer, CIN, QB2

pm out to FM

ETA: But I realize now that he is not up, so, PM out to AP.

Thanks RR, was hoping Wayne might have fallen one more spot.
