I have a theory that the casual fantasy football player knows the top 6 to top 12 rookies every year and the further down the polls you go the less they know about the 2nd and 3rd round rookie picks in a fantasy football draft, so they lose interest in voting.I should be able to add Rookie 2.02 tonight.
