2013 Off Season Dynasty Trade Thread (for completed trades) (1 Viewer)

Dynasy leagueTraded Vince Jackson for Decker. Decided to take the few extra years in age, and the fact that Decker is a FA after next year and I like him to cash in.
Decker may plunge after free agency if he goes to the wrong team. He's a possession guy who is highly TD dependent; if he goes to a bad offense, beware.
He is not a possession guy.
But...but...he's white.

12 team PPR dynasty:

I FINALLY made this move for Blackmon, wow, takes a long time sometimes when a team has two owners, haha:

Gave:

- pick 2

- Stephen Hill

Got:

- Blackmon

40-man roster IDP league with PPR. Start QB/RB/WR/WR/WR/TE/Flex/Flex on offense. Defense 3-4-4, 4-3-4 or 4-2-5.

CJ Spiller & Greg Little

for

Ryan Mathews, Dwayne Bowe, Kelvin Sheppard

23-man roster, 0.5 PPR league. Start QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/WR/TE/Flex JulioforBlackmon & 1.02
Unlike my deal I jsut made to get Blackmon, wow, Julio by a landslide here in any format.
I traded Julio for Blackmon & Alf & a couple 4th's. was having buyers remorse, but not so much after seeing this
I would probably still take Julio over Blackmon/Morris in anything PPR..............but Morris to me is definitely way more valuable than pick 2.

In a start 1QB/1RB/2WR and two flex sports(RB/WR, WR/TE), this trade went down.Killer Racoons gave Blackmon, Justin JAC WR, Jennings, Greg MIN WR, Maclin, Jeremy PHI WR, Year 2013 Draft Pick 2.05To Get a clue for Jackson, Steven ATL RB, Brown, Vincent SDC WR, Jackson, Vincent TBB WR, Year 2013 Draft Pick 1.02What do you think?

Looks like side getting Blackmon gets the best player, slightly better value, and gets younger.

Blackmon side for me but pretty close

12 Team PPR, QRRWWTKD + 2 Flex, one Flex can be a QB,

TE's score ReYds at .15 per yd, as opposed to WRs and RBs who score at .1

Team Golf gives:

Vernon Davis

Team Hotel gives:

1.04 and the 2.07

Interestingly, the 1.04 has been handed around like the village bicycle in the last couple months...

then, the guy takes the 1.04 parlays it...creating the following:

Team Golf gives:

Lamar Miller

Daniel Thomas

1.04

Team Echo gives:

Cobb

Jarius Wright

Peerman

Team Echo has made some keen moves in recent months...I feel he got the edge here too, though Miller's stock is based on a very low sample size.

Team A receives: Torrey Smith/2.3

Team B receives: J. Gordon/1.8/2.11
Give me the Josh Gordon side of this all day. I actually believe Gordon to be the superior talent so the added picks are icing.

12 team PPR

Team A gave Fred Jackson

Team B gave 2.04

Team B has Spiller

Not so sure. A top 3 pick in a solid draft class is worth at least as much to me as Gordon, and I'm not a pick hoarder. If the top 3 pick is Richardson, Martin, Luck or RG III like it was last year, or even Julio, AJ and Ingram like the year before and I might be 1, 2 or 3 that's pretty likely a quality player. Give me a wild card in Williams and a 2.01 tossed in and I'd take that for Gordon. I guess for me it would depend on how sure I was that the pick woud be a top 3.

I was just offered Blackmon for a 3rd round rookie pick. Note, the guy that offered the trade had traded nearly his whole stock of draft picks and wanted one dearly.

Pretty cheap for Blackmon. Would easily be 1.01 this year and Hill does not make up the difference for me.

14 team IDP.. offered Gronkowski for david wilson and 1.03.. quickly rejected.. Trying Gronk for D. Wilson and 2.03?? Owner of DWilson hasnt made a trade in.. well at least 330 days...
Why on earth are you offering Gronk for that???
Panic offer

Brutal
Nah... All offers have been rejected.. Owner never trades.. need an RB... another offer was Crabtree for Gronk straight up... Guess Gronks value is all over the place...

QB/2RB/3WR/TE/Flex/Superflex

Team A gave up Cousins, Kirk WAS QB;Bush, Reggie DET RB;Bowe, Dwayne KCC WR;Bennett, Martellus CHI TE

Team B gave up Decker, Eric DEN WR;Gronkowski, Rob NEP TE; Year 2014 Round 1 Draft Pick (likely early to mid)
I'd love to hear Team B's thoughts on this one. but even if we state as a give that "Bowe is an upgrade over Decker" (and even that is debateable), give me Gronk or an early to mid 2014 first easily over any other piece of that trade (and I do like Bush).

Hmmm...actually looks pretty even to me. I can see making the trade being as both ADP/Gerhart and Forte owner.
This was one of those trades where i felt pretty good about either way. I took over a really old team and wanted a bit of youth, especially at wr. Plus, i have Ray Rice as my top rb, so i could absorb the loss a bit.

This is always a dangerous thing to trade for. Any team can catch a fluke Brian Hartline 40-point day and get a win. Sometimes one win is all that seperates pick #2 and pick #6.

14 team IDP PPR

Team A gives

Drew Brees

Team B gives

1.07

2014 1st

A has Kaepernick and B finished 7th last year with Roethlisburger and Ponder. Brees was #2 behind Watt last year.

Despite the slant to WRs, Spiller still reigns.
