One of the more interesting trades on this thread in awhile. This is one of those that I would to see some context, particularly the rosters of the two teams and the league starting requirements.

That said, Team B obviously wants Richardson very badly - question is, did he overpay? Let's assume for the sake of argument that Decker = 2014 1st. That leaves Percy, Cordarrelle, and Lamar for Richardson and in the two leagues that I own Trent Richardson, I would not do that deal because I am not yet sold that Lamar Miller is a legitimate stating NFL RB.

I would agree. Who knows how it will end up, but I think you made the proper decision. Gordon could eventually make the jump to a top 10 guy, but he could also be suspended a year for his next positive test. And in a keep 14 format, those 2 extra roster spots have some value.

I kind of agree. Longer term, I don't view DX or Garcon as strong options, considering their injury histories. They are also both players that could easily be replaced, given the depth at WR. If I was looking at this trade, I'd treat it as pick 10 for pick 5....and obviously I'd take pick 5.

I think this is almost a mirror image of mine giving up Britt, Gordon, and JOhnson for Demaryius Thomas in the sense that it looks good right now and looks to be in both our favors actually.....................but a year or two from now we could be kicking ourselves for making a horribly bad decision if the players we gave play up to their abilities.

But Trent and Wayne drastically (IMO) improve your title chances the next couple years.

I think he made the right move, too, but your logic is a bit off here. Thomas was considered similar to Gordon and Britt this time last year. That's when you acquire those types of players.

I would rather have the Mathews/Marshall side. While I got lucky in a few leagues with Morris, Washington RB's scare me a lot. Plus Morris is a beast on the ground, but doesn't catch many passes so his PPR upside is limited.

The value edge on the Rice side is pretty imposing, but I think you have to favor the young RB and find a QB some other way.

I'd take Lynch just from pure value standpoint. But it seems like he turned a "just out" team into a "just in" team that will be easy pickings in the playoffs. Not a real upgrade. Better to blow it up IMO.

It is a ppr and I'm on the side getting Bradshaw, etc. - while I agree I probably overpaid- starting RBs are very tough to acquire in this league and very few owners have the depth to trade away.

I don't necessarily agree that Bradshaw is a one year rental, since he's 27 (but wouldn't call it an outlandish statement) and Ballard at least offers protection for this season.

I do think I have a contending team but my one fear was lack of RB depth with only Reggie Bush and the Pittsburgh trio (Bell, Redman, Dwyer) and little else behind them.

My line-up now:

RB - R, Bush

RB - A. Bradshaw (with Le'Veon Bell as depth)

WR - Calvin Johnson

WR- Julio Jones

WR- Percy Harvin

TE - Jared Cook/Owen Daniels

TE may be a question mark, but I'm pretty high on Cook and Daniels was actually a good option last season and is slightly younger than Witten.

I like Britt to bounce back, but I have depth at WR with Chris Givens and Rod Streater and a few decent fliers behind those 4 starters.

Brown, J. Hunter, Wheaton, J. Baldwin, Rudolph, Kelce, Ertz, Housler. Team A now has 2014 1,1,3,4.

B is a borderline playoff team and lost Crabtree with the injury this off season. Notable WRs include: DT, Colston, Floyd (AZ), Denarius Moore, DHB. finished 6th out of 10 teams in 2013 but has improved by adding Chris Johnson to go along with Sproles and Forte. Team B now has 2014 2, 2, 3, 4. Solid team

Gronk's injury issues concerned me, plus I own Brees which gives a nice combo with Graham in weeks when they are connecting (but also sucks in weeks when they are not).

Really expensive for a 1 year rental at RB. Assuming PPR would balk at giving Witten up for that, let alone adding in Britt. If you didn't have a contending team with Witten at TE and a hole at RB2, do you have one now with Daniels and Bradshaw? Doubtful.

I would not deal just Britt for that actually.

From this thread, I feel like Britt is the next JStew. Talented guy, but overvalued.

I took the 2014 1st in this deal, I wasn't confident in Dobson and wanted an extra 1st. I have a decent starting lineup but a lot of young depth that are questionable and I still don't know what I have with them. I actually made the championship game last year because I was able to hit on some rookies, but I don't expect to be back this season. This will give me two 1sts, and hopefully I'll get another if I deal Kaep. I figured even if I don't keep the 1st, It would at least carry some value if I decided to trade.

Great deal for you in my eyes, though as I mentioned I'm real low on Dobson, I see the opportunity but I think he's the next Pats bust wideout, don't see anything special about him!
