Robert Woods won a PPR poll already and shouldn't be an option.
I have fixed the poll so that Robert Woods is no longer an option, so those 3 votes are parked right now with WR Aaron Dobson. I would appreciate it if those 3 people who voted for Woods could please change their votes to whichever other player they would be voting for, unless that choice is Dobson, and then there is no need to change your vote.

Manuel is viewed as a raw/developmental type of QB on a team that has struggled to assemble a consistent offense. Manuel isn't being declared as the week 1 starter, and while dynasty league players take the long term outlook, it is clear that he isn't claiming the starting job from day one like some other rookie QBs have done over the last few years.

Manuel is starting to move into value territory, now that there has been a significant run on RBs and WRs.

Manual is the safest pick.
I agree with this, in fact he has been the safest pick since pick 1.09 or so. The problem is for Manual to pan out as a starter for you he needs to become at least a top 15Qb. With so many viable QB in the league I think that is a very tall order. Buffalo is a bad team, being poorly managed by Nix right now. It is very difficult for me seeing Manual being relevant enough to roster much less start over the next 3 seasons. He could be very good for FF as a dual threat but he has a long ways to go as a passer to actually be a dual threat.

So I consider Manual to be a safe pick, but that safe pick is more likely to be worthless for the next 2-3 seasons and someone I would rather not roster right now. If I read good things about him then perhaps he becomes a buy low at a later time but I really do not see him being worth the patience it will likely take before you see any useful return.
