I dont think anyone really knows how the Arsenal XI is going to shape up. A lot of platooning on that team. But yeah thats tremendous value.

Should that pick work out in any way, I will call it tremendous luck

Monreal was significantly better than Gibbs last year, IMO. He was also a surprisingly effective emergency CB. Whether that translates into fantasy production is up in the air, but he was a very, very pleasant surprise.
