JR with 5 points in 31 minutes.  That is some great coaching to leave him in there that long. He buried you in Game 1 with the bonehead play of the decade and gets rewarded by playing 31 minutes despite not doing jack squat?  That is brilliant.

Amazes me that Korver doesn't play more.

This is where I put $50 on the Cavaliers to win the Finals, not watch the next two games, and see if we're still playing basketball a week from now.  :lmao:

Warriors aren't letting him breathe on the offensive end and will terrorize him on the defensive end (although that part of his game is a little underrated because he's a good scrapper who gives great effort all the time).  I expect him to be a factor in Cle though.

I wouldn't put a lot of stock in +/-.

In game 1, James scored 51 points and was -13, while Korver scored 3 points and was +12.

I don't.  But I like to post odd stats because Bobcat loves them.
I don't either.  Doesn't mean anything for Lebron, especially when he's playing 48, so I actually didn't like either comparison.  But it can help in showing a role player like Korver being a non-factor.

Steve Kerr is trolling LeBron now...

To the press: "you guys were much better today"  :lmao:
It is a shame that LeBron is probably leaving. It took an extra year or 2, but it is to the point that these teams hate each other and don't just say the PC thing in front of the cameras. This is when the rivalries really get fun.

I’m pretty certain we will see Lebron vs. the Warriors again next year.

Yeah, but it will be different if he is on Philly or whoever in the East or a team in the West.

I guess Houston vs. Golden State would have the same bad blood with LeBron joining.

Reporter with stupid hair: Can you draw back on some of your experiences in terms of your strategy going forward( re:being down 0-2)

Lebron: No.

Its funny how this is the exact stuff i used to hate about Lebron. Now i love it.

not really sure how different it will be. i imagine a lot will carry over and Embiid will certainly play along to make it more interesting. gotta assume some of these Cavs may try to follow to Philly as well (maybe that is why COlangelo was hoarding 2nd round picks) for veteran minimums. Depends on how Cavs want to play it, but if Lebron leaves they should dump what they can and start young

If LeBron joined Houston and gave Harden his HGH - I mean get him in shape - they would be a very scary team.

Cleveland is in a world of hurt with their cap regardless what Lebron does.

George Hill owed 37 mil over next 2 years

Tristan Thompson owed 36 mil over next 2 years

Jordan Clarkson owed 25 mil over next 2 years

JR Smith owed 30 mil over next 2 years

Kyle Korver owed 15 mil over next 2 years

Kevin Love owed 24 mil next year with a 25 mil option in year 2

That is over 143 mil to 5 players (not including Love here) over the next 2 years who probably have a negative win share.

Goodbye.  Ignored.  Not like I'll miss anything but the constant jabs.  Too many people I respect in this thread to bog it down with the ITG stuff.
