According to usopen.com, there's only online coverage until FS1 starts at 10am CST.usopen.com
I think Fox coverage starts at like 10am central. Not sure if the Golf Channel has early coverage or not.

They're a bunch of clowns IMO. 3rd rate as mentioned above.Who are the guys announcing the feature group (Fowler, Rahm, Matsuyama) online?
Yeah it's pretty bad, that's why I wondering who they were. How long of a contract does Fox have for their US Open coverage? They're a bunch of clowns IMO. 3rd rate as mentioned above.

Played in the US Am there. It is a brutal walk. Like 10-12 miles. Of course I had to lug my own sticks. These guys have a caddie doing all their work.chet said:And also how many times they refer to how hard a walk it is for the players. JFC--they're professional athletes.
Post your digits and we will get them started. The medical helicopter program I work for just responded to that incident.
I'm the public affairs person... any guess on how many media calls I'm about to receive?
is he worse than Johnny Miller? i mean Buck's awful, but at least Buck doesn't have license to reference some round he shot 4 decades ago to legitimize his position as a broadcaster.Joe Buck is such a turd.
Miller is probably objectively worse but Buck gets on my nerves a lot more.is he worse than Johnny Miller? i mean Buck's awful, but at least Buck doesn't have license to reference some round he shot 4 decades ago to legitimize his position as a broadcaster.
Just the pilot, and nobody parachuted out. Haven't heard any update on his condition, but he was transported to a trauma center.Whoa! Hope they're all okay, just saw the video.

nopeGolf guys: is this a #### move?
Playing golf with some friends and one of the games is snake--i.e. every 3-putt costs something and the last person to make a 3-putt has to match the pot.
Fast forward to the 18th which is a very difficult green and there are three potential 3-putts.
Player A putts to 10 feet and marks.
Player B putts to 5 feet and says he will finish. He makes the 5-footer.
Player C makes a good putt and taps in.
Player B normally would have marked from 5ish feet but decided to finish so even if he missed his putt, he wouldn't have been the last person to 3-putt--assuming player A missed his 10 footer, of course.
Anything wrong with player B's actions?

Cherry Hills in Denver better, IMO.Erin Hills is a pretty good porn name.
I appreciate how Cav always has the right things on his mind.Erin Hills is a pretty good porn name.
Yes. Despite it's routine use on the PGA tour, there is no such rule in the rules of golf that allow you to finish out. It's common practice only because there is no penalty for it in stroke play. However, even though it's not true match play, the rules of snake make that game play as a match play type game. In match play, if you play out of turn, your playing partner can make you replace your ball and replay your shot even if you make it. If you're gonna to play this game, then this is how you need to treat the rules with regards to three putting.Golf guys: is this a #### move?
