lol, i didn't even check the date, thought it was a recent one.Interesting. I somehow never saw this before. This was actually 9 months ago too... wonder what he's doing now.

Yeah bench him in favor or Jeffery while starting Peters over Mailata.I think he was trying to link to the recent one with Doug, where he talks about Reagor (spoiler: Doug P. would give him the Agholor treatment and bench him for a week.)
It already happened this morning. He reported that Lurie is still high on Hurts, but that Howie has soured on him, creating some internal conflict in the front office.Jets this week better be a win and than the bye. It’s near the time for a Jeff McLane hit piece so get ready!
So DJax and Howie are in agreement? It already happened this morning. He reported that Lurie is still high on Hurts, but that Howie has soured on him, creating some internal conflict in the front office.
if there was one thing i wish Siriani would do it would be to design 1-3 plays for Mailata to get the ball. imagine if he can somehow break past the DL, secondary and probably most LBers would likely run the opposite way seeing him run at them

As a Washington fan I'm familiar with this. It's call the Jay Gruden Effect.Players start seeing this and when they see coaches slacking off it's their cue to do so.
Not remotely worth a tackle taking out his knees for a 3 yard gain.Said this when he was drafted I wished they would design a few players for him. Similar to what Bears and Eagles used William Perry.
I don’t want him tackled at all even for a TD. Give someone who’s paid to do that the ball. This ain’t the 80’s.babydemon90 said:Not remotely worth a tackle taking out his knees for a 3 yard gain.
Minshew going against the worst defense in football. He'll probably have 4TDs and 350 yds. Then all these people on the radio who say they still want hurts will be saying you have to bench him after the bye.just reported over the wire, Hurts out tomorrow, Minshew to start. You can't script things better than this.
I'd be shocked if the Colts aren't within a game of .500 at their bye.
Also, Hurts > Minshew. But not sure thats true of a hobbled Hurts. His mobility is 70% of his game. This seems like a timing decision. If it weren’t the Jets followed by the bye, Hurts probably plays. But weighing the risk vs reward it probably makes more sense to let him heal up and be better for the final 4 game stretch against the NFC East.
Not sure Hurts>Minshew even at 100%.Also, Hurts > Minshew. But not sure thats true of a hobbled Hurts. His mobility is 70% of his game.
)both bad?Lost Sanders. Possibly lost Kelce. Very costly win. Even with the bye.
I didn't see the game but 80% completion and 12 ypr isn't bad. He must have very good ball placement and decision making.Back in the day I had a stronger arm than Minshew, just saying
Yes. Reminds me of the Detmer bros.I didn't see the game but 80% completion and 12 ypr isn't bad. He must have very good ball placement and decision making.
I think it will work itself out that 10 wins is the marker. We are in 6th in the NFC and 7 make playoffs. That's messed up.
Pretty much if you finish over .500 this year in the nfc, you'll make playoffs.
I think 9-8 gets that 7th spot.I think it will work itself out that 10 wins is the marker.
On 2nd look, It's actually mathematically impossible for this. All the 5 win teams (there's 5 of them) would have to end the season 5-0 (which can't happen due to matchups) for a 10 win team to get the 7 seed.Insein said:I think it will work itself out that 10 wins is the marker.
Yup - even with a 6 team playoff, it’s pretty rare for a 6 seed to have 10 wins. I would guess the 7 seed will have 8 wins at most.On 2nd look, It's actually mathematically impossible for this. 12 of 16 AFC teams have a record of .500 or better.Yup - even with a 6 team playoff, it’s pretty rare for a 6 seed to have 10 wins. I would guess the 7 seed will have 8 wins at most.
well it is a 17 game season this year so that's saying 8-9 at best... which actually might end up being the case. last 2 seeds likely are 8-9 or 9-8.Yup - even with a 6 team playoff, it’s pretty rare for a 6 seed to have 10 wins. I would guess the 7 seed will have 8 wins at most.
Yep. When you watch Hurts and Minshew then Wilson today it’s crazy how much different their arms areJetMaxx said:Back in the day I had a stronger arm than Minshew, just saying
Yep.An 8-9 team will have the 7 seed. But there may be 2 or 3 8-9 teams
That’s sliding in the wrong direction pretty quicklyWe currently pick:

a ton of passes were checkdowns and to TE, managed game wellSoBeDad said:I didn't see the game but 80% completion and 12 ypr isn't bad. He must have very good ball placement and decision making.
Read that Stoutland was rushed to the hospital before the game too but made it back for the game.Insein said:Lost Sanders. Possibly lost Kelce. Very costly win. Even with the bye.
Starting to move into the “I’m good with them dealing 1-2 of them for Wilson cause I don’t trust Howie picking that late” range. We currently pick:
13th
14th
17th
Meanwhile, Kelce left the stadium in a walking bootJust saw Dallas Goedert post game interview and Miles walked up normal to him and patted him on the butt. Looked to be in a good mood. So he might be ok.
Yea that's no buenoMeanwhile, Kelce left the stadium in a walking boot![]()
If we could have just managed 1 more TD last week, we'd be 7-6.Gotta say that Sirianni’s on a nice little streak here with the offense too. Outside of the Giants game, we’ve been putting up some points lately.
few of the losses were close. the SF game still sticks out to meIf we could have just managed 1 more TD last week, we'd be 7-6.
